Very professional, hard working, neat clean appearance, friendly. They cleaned up job site every day. Responded quickly to our questions. No bad language or really loud music. And Luis made friends with our 5 year old granddaughter!

I've owned many homes. All of them needed work. So I have plenty of experience with various contractors over the years. Working with NCR Contracting has been one of the best experiences working with contractors I've ever had. They have been responsive, attentive, and flexible. They responded to all of my questions, they showed up on site frequently, they worked in partnership with me to get the job done. I'm very happy with the results. They were hired to reside a historical barn. They helped me think through the best siding options, based on what I wanted to accomplish. They quoted a fair price and stuck to the quote. The quality of the materials, the finish work was unmatched. They cleaned up after themselves each night. The job site was always in order and safe. Their crew was attentive and diligent. They worked hard! I would definitely recommend them for your project. When the project needed to be delayed because of weather or a prior project, they communicated those changes with me. They worked around my availability. The whole experience was exceptional. 5-Star, highly recommended, couldn't be happier.

Mike, Laurie, and the guys were efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and intent on making sure I knew all my options prior to ordering a replacement living room window. I didn't think he should have talked so much about his personal politics. I was very offended with his saying the COVID is a farce and his comments about the recent riots. I just returned home from the funeral of my best friend of 40 years. She died of the COVID virus. Also, his quote was very high and the price kept changing. He didnt instill much confidence and was down right insulting.

They were fast, efficient, prompt, & courteous. I couldn t say enough positive things about the entire crew.

Good company to work with. Five day project. They did windows, two doors, soffit, and fascia. The first day of the project the crew that came out was a little inexperienced with replacement windows but they also weren t the normal window crew so it s hard to hold that against them. The work was good, they just took a while and only got two windows installed . Mike touched base right away and said his A team would be out the next day. They got the rest installed the next day and I have no doubt they would have gotten them all installed in one day. The third day the windows were finished out. Fourth and fifth day we re soffit and fascia. One of our doors was leaking a little after install and one wasn t closing quite right. I let Mike know and he had a crew out the next morning to fix the problem. The screen door still need and adjustment and Mike is aware and said he would get someone on it but I told him to only get to it when they were coming through the area as it is a minor issue at this time. The crews were polite and answered any questions we had and cleaned up after themselves well; that s sometimes a forgotten courtesy in the construction industry. Overall we re very happy with the service and the products.

Outstanding customer service, they did a very nice job installing the new windows in our home . They removed all of the old windows definitely would use them again !

Had an installation issue but, once the owner was notified it was corrected within 1 day. Excellent service and follow-up!
