They were great to work with. Crews were respectful,responsible,reliable,etc. Pricing was competitive, and totally satisfied. They did roof on house & garage, gutters on house & garage, storm door, screen door, large 3-pane window and single window. They are giving me an estimate on remaining windows and doors as I was that impressed.

I ordered 7 windows and 2 basement small windows in Sept 2023. They told me they would be in around Christmas or before. I called and they said they would contact me once in. I never received a call but had to call them and did 3 or so times asking about them. End of April they finally scheduled me and they were put in. Overall satisfied. The installers they hired did a fairly good job and were very nice. Quality of windows above average and the installation about average to above average. The company completed the agreement accordingly, did not follow through very well to keep me informed on the status, but I would recommend them.

This company and their crew were top notch! I highly recommend them. Ordered custom made windows in the fall and installed this spring after they came in. Well worth the wait.

I paid a 10,000 payment for windows that were never installed or given to me or refunded. Even after it was court ordered from a local hastings judge, Mike has refused to respond to correspondence.

I'm very happy with the service and the product. Would highly recommend this company.

After waiting for months, Product was delivered & installed. However, I was not told until the bay window was installed that you cannot open or close the blinds ( enclosed behind 2 layers of glass) without first removing the screens - NOT convenient at all! Must compliment installers who worked hard. Was not shown a complete picture of how the window would look installed. Not a complete picture in their brochure of a bay window.I do not like the curved metal closure at the top. Feel it should have been built like the one they took out.

The windows look wonderful. What keeps me from giving five stars was the lack of clean up. There was pieces of wood in the master bedroom on the inside and caulk in the bathroom sink. Things I was ok over looking. The turning point for me was the items left outside my home. I have been picking up particles of wood, insulation and plastic from around my home for the last week or two since the windows were installed. Not a major deal however, something I donâ t have time for.

The quality of the product is very good but the workmanship on the installation lacked. The use of white calking that was used to finish the windows was messy on several of the windows. It does not make a difference to functionality but it is noticeable. We are cleaning up nails and pieces of material from the yard several days later. I would hire them again as the product is of good quality. They did follow up and corrected the poor workmanship to make me happier with the project. I realize that things can go wrong but they did correct them.

Entire process was hassle-free. Luis explained exactly what needed to be done and his crew proceeded efficiently. My extra needs were handled with no problems. The professional work his crew performed was outstanding. My home looks like it was newly built. I have never been more impressed by a contracting company.
