They are the ones we usually call. They are fine. They come out regularly because we have a tree that they treat in the spring and fall. They will be back out in the fall. We find them to be reasonable. We have an ash tree that they come out and treat every spring and every fall for the possibility of ash bores. We are trying to prevent anything from happening to it. They do a good job and seem to be reasonable. We have no reason to go to anyone else. They seem to be knowledgable. We have never had any trouble with the stuff they have done or the people that have come out. We will continue to use them.

The crew arrived on time; each crew member wore a company shirt. They got right to work and it was obvious that each guy knew what to do. The huge Pin Oak tree in the back yard presented a problem in that they did not want to bring in a big truck to handle the work because of the possible damage that it might do to my lawn. Instead one man pulled himself up the tree and then had his equipment pulled up to him so he could get to the many parts of the tree that even the truck method would have done. This company has many of its employees certified as arborists. This was evident when I had suggested taking off a major limb and the team leader explained why that wasn't good. He emphasized the need for some low-lying limbs to maintain the wonderful shade I have always enjoyed. The crew was on site for 5-6 hours. Once they were gone it was difficult to see that they had been here except for the newly trimmed trees. The tree that was done at no cost looked good and I was told it was healthier than I had been told and that it had many years left in it.

I didn't get an estimate first. The job they did was OK, prompt and professional. I was surprised by the cost. Terry Hughes has done good work in the past. On a separate occasion, one of their employees rescued my cat from a tree. I owe them one!

Great! Once the initial call was made, a representative from the company was dispatched. A free estimate was given and I said I would call when I had made the decision. When I decided to go ahead and have the tree removed, they were busy and said they would be out in ____weeks. They came out during the promised time frame and removed the tree.

The estimate was written on Tuesday and the work was done on the following Saturday. Work done was efficient, clean, and fast.(about 2 hours). Crew did not bring enough bolts and completed the job the following week. Communication from the company was almost non existent. We received a phone call Friday afternoon, but we didn't pick it up until after we had called to find the job had been scheduled. Arborist suggested tying the tree branches together to prevent damage before the repair was done, buit offered no help in doing it. We called to ask for help and got promises to pass the request, but nothing happened.

They were on time and had good prices. They cleaned up well. They are good people we have used them for a long time.

Absolute fabulous, very professional and on time. Made recommendations on other trees that was very helpful. Very knowledgeable and overall a great service.

It went well overall but we did experience a solar light failing and a water line being punctured after they had done the work. In the spring it will be determined if the damage was caused by them. Additionally the fertilization was "hurried" the first time making one question if it was done correctly. Hughes did it again to our satisfaction.

He is a licensed arbor worker. I have used him in the past and have been satisfied. I have not had any problems with him.

They arrived exactly when promised with their 65 ft crane (used to remove materiel from our fenced limited yard by going over the neighbor's garage) and a chipper truck. They were done in under 4 hours and cleaned up all the debris, and to top it off, they were by far the lowest bid of four I solicited (the highest ran to $2600). As far as I was concerned, it was a job done well.

We used them before to trim a tree in our front yard and were completely satisfied then too. The workers are courteous, professional and clean up perfectly.

Everything went very well. He is a licensed arborist.

I use him because his work is very good and he cleans up after himself.

Terrific! No surprises. Well worth it! Estimate was provided one week earlier when he inspected.

Did an excellent job and cleaned up as if they were not here. Three years later, the pruning has proved to be very effective in the health of the tree.

Great, they can't give you a delivery date, and don't stack, but the pile they left looks like what I ordered.

Trees looked much better. Cleanup exceeded my expectations. There didn't seem to be a single leaf or twig left behind.

The company was really good at what they did. Our trees look good and now are very healthy. Having said that, I thought for the price we paid, we might be better off if we take care of it ourselves. Their price is very high.

We weren't home when they came out but they did an awesome job with the trees. They really looked awesome and they obviously did a great cleanup. They didn t even leave a twig on the ground when they were finished.

They worked very hard and had all of the equipment to finish the service we asked for. It looked really good and helped out a lot with the looks of our tree. They cleaned up very well and at a fair price.

He did a great job removing various dead branches that were hanging from the tree. He had to climb very high but he used safety gear and cut them down without any problems. He did an excellent job of cleaning everything up as well.
