Description of Work: I was referred to this company, as they specialize in antique locks. I ran into an emergency situation snd they were unable to schedule me soon enough ( I was outside my locked house, and my key wouldn't work). They did however refer me to another locksmith who was able to do the job competently and immediately. You gotta love a company who genuinely helps you out when they have absolutely nothing to gain but good karma!!

Description of Work: Fixed a sticky lock by correcting a part that was hanging up on the door. Only issue was a part was installed backwards. It was corrected the next day at no charge. I would definitely use them again.

 + -1 moreCalled Elmer's and let them know of the service I needed. He asked whether it needed to be done that day, or could I wait until the next day. The next day was fine and he set an appointment. Arrived promptly. Re-keyed the three locks. Probably took about 30 minutes. They were very prompt and quick to finish the job. They came in and did the job at a reasonable price. They were all very nice. I highly recommend them.

 + -1 moreI am very grateful to have this company so close by. This is not the first time that Elmer s was called to help me out. Whether it is my car or my home, I am always getting locked out. What is nice about this company is that it is a 24-hour company and they will come to your rescue at any given time. They do great work and have been in business for a great number of years. I had to call these guys on a Saturday in the middle of the night. I cannot remember what exactly was the charges for the service call and the drilling but the total was somewhere around $75.
Description of Work: Elmer s Lock & Safe helped me into my home after I had locked myself out of it.
