The technician arrived on time and went to work right away. The work was completed in a timely fashion.

Christian showed up on time. Was very friendly yet professional. Problem was not as extensive as I thought it would be so charged me lest than quote on phone. So honest also. Christian also did work at our daughter's house and we were highly satisfied with that work also.

They came out quickly and we're fast.

Shane was friendly and courteous when I called him on the phone to set up the appointment. He was flexible and eager to meet me whenever it worked for me. He showed up on time and went straight to work. He was able to do the whole job in 20 min. He was clean and polite and he removed his shoes each time he had to walk across the carpet. I think that all makes a difference when you are inviting a stranger to come into your home and mess with your locks! Finally, before he left, he waited as I tried each of the keys in the locks to make sure they all worked. Overall great experience.

Provider was timely, in spite of initially going to the old house rather than the new one-- unfortunately, I'd forgotten to update the address in the profile. He explained the job, recommended against unnecessary replacements, and was quick to perform the work. Very friendly & quick! The locks work better than ever, and now we don't have to worry about anyone else having a key. I would definitely recommend Elmer's and will hire them again any time I need a locksmith.

Shane called about 45 minutes prior to the appointment time asking if he could come earlier. Was courteous and made me feel at ease (single woman living alone). Was very quick disabling and rekeying all 11 locks - even knocked down the price because I had so many! Would definitely recommend him.

Shane came over and was able to quickly find some old skeleton keys for doors in my house. He was easy to get ahold of, and was able to help out within the next day. I would recommend Elmers to anyone needing a locksmith.

Shane came out two days after I called him and once he provided the quote on site he was able to do the work right then and there. He was very professional and educated me on my options and the work that was done once completed. He was here for about an hour. Price was very reasonable. Overall I was thrilled with the experience from start to finish and would call Shane for any key/lock needs in the future.

Shane arrived on time and was very professional. I was prepared to use 2 keys for our home entry, one for the storm door and one for house door. He keyed both to one key! This was a pleasant surprise!
