Prompt, competent, courteous service. Our house is old with the original locks; Shane had everything in his truck to fix the front door lock, install a new lock on the back door, and provide new keys. He was very knowlegeable and pleasant.

I had an old Diebold Safe that I had no combination for, although it was open. Shane returned my phone call imediately. He came out exactly on time and discovered combination in about 15min. Just as previous entries had said, Shane showed up on time, was quick, thorough and professional. My back deck door locks in a manner that I have never seen, and he showed me the steps to lock the door. I would highly recommend Elmers Lock.

Called on Monday and set up appointment for Tuesday morning. Location was outside of main city and he was there on time despite not knowing the area. He had asked for information when appointment was set up so he had everything needed with him. Completed work within reasonable time frame. Service was professional and locksmith was personable. Payment made on location with credit card.

The locksmith was able to be at my home in a couple of hours. He was able to remove the broken lock and replace it with a new door lock. He re-keyed the new lock to fit the existing key from the old one. Because I asked, he also gave me advice about whether I needed to replace the other lock (a dead bolt) or not. He was very professional and did a great job. It was expensive to have an emergency call, but I felt confident that this company could be trusted. The price I listed above includes the emergency trip charge and the price of new lock and re-keying. I would definitely recommend this company. If I can find his card, I will come back and add the locksmith's name to this review. He was very easy to work with, and I would ask for him again if I need any more work like this done.

Shane was at the house on-time and ready to go. I showed him what I wanted, he made recommendations and then got things done in a timely and professional manner. He also cleaned up the existing locks so everything works perfectly! We are very happy with the job and would highly recommend him.

Shane, arrived prompt and cheery on an early Saturday morning. He took a few minutes for me to explain what I wanted done and explained to me what would be the best and most economical way to achieve it. He installed 4 deadbolts that I had purchased rekeying them all to the same key. He also, rekeyed my front door lock for which we were not given a key at closing. In addition to all that he cut off a Master pad lock front a locked front gate.

He was the best! He was the most personable person in that business that I have ever met. He even took me out to his truck and showed me how he changed the pins. We only paid him about ninety dollars and he tons of work for us.
