I was not home when service was performed, but they cleared it up like they were never there.

It went well. I was pleased with the estimate which was right on. I received a separate staement for the tree trimming and grinding the stump out in the door. They even sent me another separate statement online. EXCELLENT Service!

They were really good. They came on time and cleaned up. They didn't leave anything at the yard. They did a really good job. You should definitely hire them. They are worth it.

I plan to hire them for the 2013 season because they are truly professional tree and shrub people. We would hire them again without any hesitation. This is an update: We have used Eden Trees about 4 times a year since 2012. Our trees and shrubs have never looked better. They are the BEST!!

When the trained tree expert showed up, we got great service and a professional job. When the "technicians" treated the trees, sometimes they did a good job, sometimes they only treated the bottom half of the tree. I had to watch them, and if they were only spraying 1/2 the tree, I had to ask them if they were only going to charge for 1/2 the treatment. then they had to bring in bigger equipment to spray the top of the tree.

I have hired them to come back and remove a spruce tree. They were quick to respond to my call about the tree. So far I’m happy.

It was really good and we’ve been happy with their service.

They arrived on time at 0800 and were gone by 1330. They did a great job.

They did a fabulous job. The were professional, courteous and fast. They cleaned up after the job was done perfectly. I would recommend these guys to anyone. I marked "B" for punctuality, because the person who came back to remove the stump showed up an hour later than expected. I understood why, because he had to fix the machine he was going to use. Just would have liked a call to let us know, since my hubby came home during his lunch break. Otherwise, fantastic job! Would recommend...definitely a great tree service company!

Both time they showed up when they said and worked steadily and carefully. The maple tree and stump removal was a more extensive job than originally anticipated but they did not charge more than the estimate.. Because of the way the maple had to be cut up, there were a number of dents made in the lawn, but these were filled in and seeded along with the area where the stump had been. They did an excellent cleanup on both tree jobs. My only complaint is that they said they would put down planks to prevent damage to the hill at the side of the house where they had to move their machines up and down. They didn't adequately cover the area, particularly during the stump removal process. However they said they would come back in the spring and repair any damaged lawn. I was very pleased with their work.

Eden completed our trimming work in early Oct while we were away on vacation. It was a wonderful thing to come home to freshly trimmed bushes & everything all cleaned up & hauled away! Great job

I did not choose this company for this project. I picked another service that came in with a lower quote.

They worked are before starting the job asking what we wanted cut before they stating cut the trees.

The price included the tree and the installation.

We like them and they are good. They are prompt and careful.

We paid $650 the first time and $180 the last time. We will use them again.

Last year they started out great and their prices were reasonable. What's happening now is that they didn't show back up. When Eden Tree Pros came they did some trimming on the tree for me and did a horrible job. I called them back and they go, "Oh sorry, we'll send somebody out to fix it," and that's the last I heard from them. It was very disheartening and I was very disappointed.

I did not use them because they did not respond to the need I perceived.

They treated the two trees and were courteous and performed the work like they said they would. The estimate was the same as they said it would be. I have used them before in the past and they have always been good. I will use their services again in the future.

Great service, showed up and did exactly what they said they were going to do. Was about a 2 week wait between estimate and final service.

My message stated that I wanted the estimate done before Saturday, 03/03/12 because I wanted to compare all bids that weekend. I got an immediate auto-response to my message, which is great. March 3rd came and went, and I had already decided on a contractor. When I inquired by e-mail early the week of 03/05, I got a response stating someone would stop by "when they're in the neighborhood." On 03/08/12, I received literature in my door telling me an arborist had come out. The evening of 03/09/12 I received a bid via e-mail. It was $200 higher than the lowest bidder!

I was very pleased with their overall performance. I would not hesitate to hire them again. I would recommend them for any required tree service.

Before contacting Eden Tree Pros, I had called a tree service closer to my home but did not hear from them again. However, my experience with Eden Tree Pros was entirely different. I initially contacted them through their web site, and only talked to them on the telephone when absolutely necessary. The web site contact resulted in several email exchanges that resulted in an appointment with an estimator. This happened precisely as scheduled. At that time, I opted to have the work scheduled to take advantage of a discount. I might add that the pruning was included and done at no charge. Two to three weeks after the estimate was performed, I was contacted by a supervisor to survey the work site. A day or two after that visit, I was notified of the actual date the work was to be done. However, it rained and the work had to be re-scheduled for the next day, weather permitting. The weather cooperated and the crew arrived with their massive equipment and did an excellent job. It was done with expert precision in about four hours. While I did not watch this team of experts continuously, they removed the three trees, ground the trunk and branches into mulch, cleaned the work site of all shavings and carried everything away. The tree stumps were taken care of by a different crew. In this case, the mulch was left behind so nature could take its course. In any event, my wife and I are very pleased with the results.
