They came and did the estimate when they said they would and did the work as scheduled. That was nice! Tree looks good. Price seemed a little high, but it is definitely not something I could have done myself and this being the first time, I have nothing to compare it to. Overall I am pleased.

This is the second time I have used them. Always great service. I have an old silver maple in my backyard that was losing a lot of limbs and had some bug issues. They came and cut back the tree, treated for bugs, and fertilized. Always professional and they clean up after their service.

They look very good now. The only concern was that a number of falling limbs fell on soft ground (it had rained two days before). Some holes were 4-6" deep, and treadmarks in the lawn were 15' long. I called and talked to Angie in the office and she had Casey come out to look again later that week, but they weren't filled or reseeded. I'm doing that myself - but again, the trees look very good!

The survey people came out, and no one called me before they showed up, and I have dogs. If I hadn't been home they would have had to come back. I never received a call when they came to do the work. They did some of it left, and came back later in the day. They never came to my door to say this is who we are and what we will be doing.

They changed times, so I wasn't there when they did it, so I'm guessing it went smoothly. 4-5 deep "dents" in yard from when tree came down, up to a foot deep and 18-24". Also they took down an arched trellis and just set it off to the side. I think it would have been nice if they would have called or texted me to tell me of both of these, maybe suggest best way to fill the holes. I understand the arch was quite old, and they probably couldn't put it back up BUT a simple call would have been the way to go. They did do pretty good clean up though lots of bark left. The work was completed as expected but better communication would be important. Would hire again, but discuss price for services rendered a bit more.

This company was double the price in compared to bids we got from 2 other companies, so we didn't hire them.

Very well. They had to return to trim one of my larger trees back a little further, but were very responsive.

First time, in the middle of the work day, I get an answering machine and left message asking them to get back to me. Waited two weeks and no response. Second time I emailed them waited two weeks and no response. So an F from me. I have used them twice before with excellent response so this was very bad behavior from what used to be an excellent tree service.

Asked for quote on my personal home and rental. I said I needed to be there to say everything that needed to be done. They didn't show up for appt and then 2 days later got an email saying they missed me. They had the day incorrect. Received back email with quote with everything incorrect. Took the time to email them in detail what I wanted. Never heard back. Went with other company. This was $6k worth of work. 4 large trees removed, line of volunteer trees removed, trimming of 6 other trees.

Excellent work, very efficient & courteous. Excellent clean up.

With no prior call, they came and removed tree, my pets were traumatized and fence damaged because of zero communication. I have limbs left they should have taken I sent them a note explaining this with payment, they have not responded, their look of professional is in ruins their good work.

Bertha the salesperson and the arborist ware knowledgeable. The work was performed as agreed at the price quoted. Clean-up of yard and street appropriate.
