Eden Tree Pros

Description of Work: Removed several large trees from my property, an all day job, with stump grinding. Careful with yard, efficient, helpful, made very good recommendations. Scheduling was a bit skewed, but worked out fine. Definitely would use again for other projects.

Description of Work: They scheduled an arborist two weeks out to come and look at my trees. The scheduled day was the 21st of July for the arborist. I called Eden pros on Thursday the 23 of July because I had not heard the results of the visit. After leaving a vm, Eden pros called me on Friday and informed me that the arborist was not able to make it to my house to inspect my trees and to top it off the caller was not to concerned with the oversight. I am taking my business elsewhere and do not understand how they are on Angie's list. I joined Angie's list to avoid businesses like this who DON'T CARE!!

Description of Work: Eden Tree Pros bid and completed work on a maple tree in our backyard in a timely and professional manner. They took care to avoid the pool area and clean up was excellent. All three employees were friendly and worked well together. I will definitely consider them for future work.

Description of Work: Eden Tree Pros replaced two trees that were lost over the previous winter. I was happy with the service and they even replaced one of the new trees that didn't make it for some unknown reason. They also hit a line during the planting, but they were honest and followed up to make sure it was fixed right away.

As a widow, these items had gotten way out of control and one call to EdenTree Pro took care of the entire problem for me, quickly and reasonably. I am very satisfied with their work and will use them again.

Description of Work: It was an very reasonable price for the services and we were very pleased about their work. We will use them again in the spring.

Description of Work: I called this tree service to get an estimate for the removal of a large branch broken during high winds. Instead of just providing a price for the branch removal a salesman type spent way more time than I had planned and wrote up an estimate for hundreds of dollars of services for such things as spraying several trees in the yard. While I don't remember exactly what the breakdown was for the work I actually wanted done, I do know that I had the branch removed by someone else for a much fairer price.
