Goal Statement: Our goal is to protect, inform, educate, and prioritize the client throughout the entire construction process, so that the home or business owner remains in complete and total control of their property at all times. We are pleased to announce that "You're The Boss" is the first “third party” customer service representation firm of its kind. We specifically represent the client, not the construction company. Our services include assisting the client in making the best informed decisions about prospective contractors. We also check references, verify licenses, registrations…the list goes on.
