They did a very good job. They were punctual. They cleaned up well.

We were very happy with them. They were extremely professional. The original estimate was exceeded, but they talked to us before they actually did the work. They were knowledgeable.

They did a really nice job. They did it when they said they would and they were fast about it.

We have used them on three different occassions and have been satisfied all three times. We have sent previous reports on previous work.

The guy knew what he was talking about and he definitely seemed to know his business. We went with another company because his price was lower.

This is the second time we used Midland Painting. We needed to repaint the interior of our house, remove problems in the basement and garage. We discussed the alternatives to painting and chose one. They had three people come and paint the house. The basement had limestone deposits on the brick. They removed them and painted the brick and walls of the basement to improve the appearance. They finished as promised and everything was done professionally and with excellence.

We were very impressed with their attention to detail and prep work painting our neighbors house we decided to go with them. I am pick and would have like to prep, caulk and paint my own house because i hate cutting corners or not doing things the best way possible. They exceeded my high level of expectation and then some. A couple of minor issues, nit-picky stuff, they took care of without blinking. they are busy and you have to get on their list but if you want it done the right way, i recommend them, highly.

They were on time for the appointment we set. They were all very nice, even at the office. The guys worked really hard, and they made sure things weren't laying around on the ground. Their trucks and equipment were very nice.
