This the third time we have used Midlands Painting, both exterior and interior, on two different homes over the years. Chad and his crew are neat, punctual, pleasant to work with and most important they do a great job with attention to detail. We were more than please with their work. We would highly recommend them.

Chad and his team were professional, punctual and service-minded. The wallpaper removal didn't go as hoped, as the walls hadn't been properly prepared when the wallpaper was installed. Removal took longer and required more skim coating than expected. Chad was open to alternative solutions for several of our walls. We made a last-minute request for them to stain and seal the trim on some new windows, which they graciously did. The team was very accommodating of our dog and became friends with him before the eight day job was completed. The crew did an outstanding job of cleanup each night before leaving. We would hire this company again.

We had a very wet spring and delays were encountered. This was of no fault of the painters. Took a few days all together. Done in May and still looks nice today.

The project went great from start to finish. From the first walk around when Chad pointed out what should be replaced and what could be repaired. His crew spent two days replacing rotten fascia and trim boards, sanding, scraping, priming and caulking the house for paint. On the third day they painted the house, two coats. It was a lot of prep work but the end result is wonderful.

We were very pleased with their work. They arrived when they said they would and worked 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. almost everyday. The crew was very friendly and Chad (the owner) went out of his way to insure we were happy with how the work was progressing. He was extremely patient with us regarding the style of siding we wanted. We had neighbors stop by and comment on how impressed they were with the crew and the work they did.

Chad and his crew did an excellent job. They were here on time, reconfirmed what they were going to do, and did a quality job. They even repaired some other items they came across, which I really appreciated. I am not a painter, so it is nice to have someone you trust doing the job and making suggestions where they see potential problems with your house. I have already asked to be put on the list for some interior painting this winter.

We called Chad to get a quote on interior and exterior painting of our home. He showed up right away and went through everything that needed to be done. In addition to the exterior painting, we had them caulk the outside...made a huge difference, the paint looks so smooth, as the caulk covered all the imperfections in the wood and siding, as well as nail holes and such. They did an amazing job, the paint looks perfect, not one issue, it looks so good! And the price was very reasonable, comparable to others we talked to, plus Chad did a bunch of extra stuff to fix issues. On paint day, the crew showed up on time, was very mindful of our space, professional, meticulous, and very clean! I can't wait to have them do the interior in November!

Chad was excellent. He was responsive and the quality of his work was wonderful. His price was very reasonable compared to other estimates I had received. He exceeded all my expectations. I would highly recommend him and will definitely use him again in the future.

Our house is almost 23 years old and has never had anything done to the exterior other than a crappy paint job a few years back. Our trees grew very close to the house and over the years hit the house, held moisture against it and allowed squirrels to run all over it and chew off all the trim. We trimmed back all the trees and realized water had seeped behind the siding on the north side and the back yard critters and pecked holes in it. We were afraid we would have to reside the whole house. I had a very difficult time getting any contractor to even return my call this summer. Those that actually did show up for an estimate never bothered to return my call after the fact. I found this extremely aggravating. If you are too busy to do the job, tell me and I will move on. Apparently most of these contractors were just too busy to be bothered to come to the phone. After being extremely disillusioned by rotten service I placed a call to Midlands. Not only was Chad extremely friendly and courteous on the phone he told me when he would come out and give me an estimate and actually showed up on time and went through the details of what he thought the repairs would be. He was great at returning phone calls when no one else would even answer and gave a detailed estimate. We hired him in July and he was up front that they could not get to it until November. We agreed that would be fine but I was nervous that he would no show like everyone else. But the first week of November he called right on time and told us when his crew would be out. They power washed the house first and then began the repairs. They stacked up every piece of wood they took off the house to show us that it was indeed rotten and needed replacing. He saved us money where he could by saving what was good and only replacing what needed it. Unfortunately a lot needed replacing, but that was just because the house was in a worse state than we thought. When they finished they caulked every single seam on the house all the way around. It almost looked like they primed it already from all the caulk marks. They dug out all the dry rot around the door frames and filled them in so they look new. They replaced rotten window sills and trimmed all the hardboard siding so water couldn't get back there again. Then they primed and painted twice. I could not believe the results. The house looks like new. They did a fantastic job and did it quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up every day when they were done for the day and stored their work supplies under our raised deck so it was like they were never here when I got home from work. The one other estimate I did manage to get was to reside the entire house and that came in from a wholesaler at $30,000. My house looks fantastic for a 1/3 that price. I would definitely use this company again and highly recommend them. They were straight with me about every thing and did a very professional job.

I called for an estimate. I am having a difficult time finding someone that will sand and paint the exterior trim on two windows. Midlands Painting was more than happy to give me am estimate of $900. He also said I needed two small areas of siding replaced at an additional cost of $600,which my husband would then have to paint. I understand this job is a small one, many companies don't want to bother with it, but I would have rather he just told me that than waste my time and his with the estimate. I feel it was priced high because they don't want to do a job this small. He was very prompt and professional. And I'm sure they do good work, but I found the price to be very high.

Went very smoothly and they did a good job. I plan to use them again for a future project.

Absolutely excellent. Chad did more than I asked and just handled everything he saw wrong. I was so surprised when he showed up with a team of 8 workers to do this job. There isn't anyone else I would call. Not only does he do painting, but he's a contractor. One of the biggest things that impressed me was that he didn't' require any upfront money. It's unusual in this day and age that a contractor has his own capital to do the job. There just isn't anyone else I would ever call. He's great, prompt and his focus is to get the job done. I'm going to need him again for sure.

Professional, clean, meticulous and high quality work. A bit pricey, but worth it.

We really enjoyed working with Chad. He was very personable when he came to give an estimate and then worked with us as we adjusted the scope of work due to changing circumstances. His crew did a good job and finished quickly. Everything went just as one would hope that it would. I would definitely call Midlands Painting again for future painting needs.

They did the job right and on time in a professional and friendly fashion.

They were probably about 20% less expensive than another quote,. While we spent a lot of money, they did an immense amount of work, with a work crew of 3-4 people working hard for 2+ weeks. They were entirely professional and made every attempt to be considerate of our daily living environment throughout the process. They were prompt, careful, and did an excellent job. They also did not charge additional to their estimate when a couple of large areas needed more coats than in their estimate. We would use them again without reservation.

It's now 10 years later and we have since moved from the home but toured it recently and the owners told us it had not been painted since. It still looks great.

Midlands Painting and Construction gave a firm bid before starting the work. It was scheduled to begin on 2/19/2013 and they arrived at 8:00 AM sharp that morning. There were typically 3 to 4 painters each day. They were careful to protect furniture and floors and cleaned up as they went, i.e. vacuuming, etc. The painters were friendly and requested that we inspect as they went so that we would be satisfied with their work. They were courteous and considerate at all times and even though the job was major because it was the whole main floor, we were still able to pretty much go about our daily lives. We were very happy with the finish product. They did excellent work and we would definitely use them again.

Over the course of 12 years we have had Chad and his Midland's team tackle numerous projects on the exterior of our house. Originally we had them paint the exterior when we first moved in. They did a fantastic job - which lasted far beyond our neighbor's paint jobs. We had the unfortunate problem of having purchased a home with inferior exterior wood siding. It rots easily, warps, etc. Midland's was able to repair and replace siding that is no longer manufactured. They milled siding to match our exterior, caulked, primed and painted it all to match. I cannot say enough about how honest, forth-right and reasonable they are. Chad will thoroughly go over everything that needs to be done, will prioritze and quot;this you have to do right nowand quot; and and quot;this can wait if you wantand quot;. His estimates are very specific, work is done very timely, his crew are very professional and do a fantastic clean up job. I think the biggest endorsment is that each neighbor on either side of us and behind us (as well as 2 people from my work) have had Midland's work on their home exteriors and have been extremely satisfied.

Contacted Midlands during the Holiday and they quickly fit us into their schedule to accomodate our request to have the two kids rooms painted prior to our move on the first weekend in January. They were punctual, neat and did an excellent job.

Chad and his crew did a fabulous job. They were meticulous, punctual, efficient, courteous and delivered on every promise. We hired them in October but delayed the work until after the holdiays. On December 31, Chad contacted us to confirm the start date and arrived with his crew three days later. The entire job, which included 2-3 coats of paint per room, was completed in eight working days. I would hire Midlands again in a heartbeat..

The overall experience was a great one. The owner came out for an estimate. He walked around our house and took time to give us a very detailed estimate. We are very happy with his attitude and professionalism. We will definately call him for work in the spring. We would recommend him so far.

Company was responsive, timely, called ahead for estimate appointment, work appointment, etc. I have contacted Midlands for them to look at another job.

He promptly showed up for estimate session. Then with great difficulty and patience he worked with us to find two days to do the job, around a busy vacation schedule we had. He scheduled his workers in at 7:00 the first day, and they showed up on time; they worked all day both days. They cleaned up such that you would hardly know they were there, except for the fact that we had a freshly expertly painted room. We are very satisfied and will employ them in the future.

We bought a Villa that was built in 1997 and the entire interior (both the ground and lower level) needed an update in colors as well as repairs being made to some of the walls and ceilings. Anyone will acknowledge that the prep work prior to actually painting is essential and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. I am a fanatic about getting things done correctly and I can honestly say that I was very pleased with their work. There were just three small areas in the entire villa that need some additional work after they finished their job and they will be taken care of this Spring when they paint the exterior of our Villa (these 3 missed spots are just as much as my fault as theirs). After working on this project for 3 to 4 weeks things start to get a little hazy! I had them also repair some water damage on the front facia of the villa and they went above and beyond to make sure that it was repaired corrrectly instead of the quick job that was done by a handyman previously. The employees are very courtious as well as being very professional. As I mentioned earlier that I was so impressed with their work that I have them repainting the exterior of our Villa this spring! I would highly recommend them to anyone! The price that was paid was somewaht higher than other bids that I had received, however you get what you pay for and I am very satisfied with the quality of their work and feel the extra money was an investment in this house.
