Description of Work: They re-plumbed my kitchen sink drain to leak in old pipe.

Description of Work: They were subcontracted by our general contractor for our house renovation project. They put the drain pipe for our new shower backwards and it was leaking water in the basement crawl space every time we took a shower. We didn't notice it for a long time since we never went down to the basement while taking showers. If that was bad enough, they also installed our gas water heater, which was leaking as well. We called the general contractor to come back to check the leak, but he dismissed it by saying it was fine. We later called an inspector and he found a major gas leak from the heater. The jobs they performed were not only completely unprofessional but also dangerous. We will definitely find someone else to do our heating and plumbing.

Description of Work: Furnace quit working. They were here within an hour and fixed the problem

Description of Work: I had a burned out garbage disposal and a leaking toilet that needed attending to. The Villandre service rep responded in a timely manner and was very professional and polite during his visit. He made a recommendation regarding a replacement garbage disposal that better suited my needs and installed the new disposal quickly and with care to not make mess of my kitchen while doing so. He also cleaned up what little debris wasn't caught by his protective plastic and cloth coverings. | |With respect to the toilet, the rep put in a new system to replace the dated stick and ball system my toilet had used. This new system works far better and since it has not metal parts, it won't rust like the previous system.

Description of Work: They put in a new AC unit for us. It went very smoothly have had no issues with the unit or installation

Description of Work: They did very well. They installed plumbing fixtures for a bathtub.

Description of Work: Excellent in every way, even during the busy holiday season! We were moving into a home that needed a couple of changes before we went in. They moved very quickly and did satisfactory work. Would definitely hire again!
