Description of Work: Repaird a bath faucet and I was told it leaked, however, it was around the base and I ended up fixing it myself. The rest he did just fine. By the way, it is a bad faucet and a brand that I will not buy again.

Description of Work: It was after hours, so the cost was higher. Garbage disposal was leaking all over the kitchen floor. They came within 45 minutes and completed the work. |I was very appreciative that they were able to come at such an inconvenient time. I do not know how much they charge during regular hours, but was willing to pay the 215.00 because they were able to come at once.

Description of Work: Service water connection, repaired Hot Water Heater, and vented bathroom fan in the basement. This company also installed my full floor heat system in my concrete slab with a water jacket boiler for off-peak electrical heating. They are responsive, clean and fair in every aspect of doing business in my experience. Ask for Gene when starting a project, he has a great insight to options as you plan your project.

Description of Work: Diagnosed a problem with a leaky A/C unit, repaired the problem and recharged the freon.

Description of Work: My AC was not working. I called them up and they made an appointment that same week. The guy came took a look inside didn't see anything wrong then looked outside at the unit. Saw it was out of freon, filled it up and started the ac. Still did not work then he did a leek test. No findings. He then opened up the unit and watched while he had it running. Turned out my compressor was bad and i needed a new unit. Even though he did not get it to work. He told and showed me exactly what was wrong and what was needed to fix it. The guy was there for about 2 hours and all i paid was $97.

Description of Work: All I needed was a humidifier installed on my furnace for whole house humidity control.

Description of Work: Cold water supply under kitchen sink developed a leak. The line was cut off and a pressure seal connector installed along with a better quality gate.There has been no reason to call back. We are completely satisfied.

Description of Work: Vilandre came out to our new (old) house to service the furnace and check the radiators. The men who came out were professional and punctual. They showed me what they were doing and taught me how to do it myself. They made several adjustments to the radiator boiler level. I appreciated the fact that they took the time to show me what needed to be done since I had never had radiator heat before. Would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: I called about an estimate and the guy I talked to said he would have to come check out our set up (we where replacing a tub in a trailer). He was very rude, rushed me off the phone and never showed up for appointment the following week.

Description of Work: I was fed up with another firm that promised service for our heated floor and never showed up. So I called the company my husband's firm uses. I called and they came out the next day, as promised. The gentleman that came was polite and went to work right away. He fixed our floor so that we could spend the long winters in comfort. And he looked over our furance, which he didn't have to do. The next day I went to the mail and there was the bill. It was less than half of what I paid the other firm. The service and price cannot be beat. However, what really sold me was went our power went out and I needed to know where the heck the main water shut off was in case of freezing pipes. I called and they actually gave me an answer. It was exactly where they said it was. They are the first firm I recommend and the only one I use.
