They did a great job! The price was good. They were very timely and professional.

It's the second time that we had them out here, and they were good, professional and not over priced.

I have a 100 year old house. I stayed with them again because they've done work on my furnace in the past. they're good and responsive and timely.

I will give them an "A" overall. They were very responsive, fast, and professional. The new water softener is working great.

They are one of the biggest companies in Florida. They do plumbing, heating, cooling and they've done everything here. I've used them every year and they are the ones that did all the electrical and plumbing in my house when I built it. I would refer them to friends and neighbors.

We chose them based off some feedback from colleagues and friends. They were available 24x7 with no extra charge for overtime, which was unexpected. They gentleman who showed up at our doorstep was friendly, professional, and did a fantastic job of completeing the repairs. It was all done in a very timely manner and for a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend!

Joe the plumber was kind and courteous - but we had to ask him to check the pipes in our basement a couple times, but that was after the fact. He had to run and get a part for pipes which he didn't have. When the pipe was clean a hole was encountered, but he didn't have time to get to it and had to reschedule another visit.

They scheduled the wrong date for the annual furnace check, they tried to reschedule, but the next available date was in November. I was do mad because the wouldn't be flexible and it was their mistake. I also wanted them to come fix a bathroom vent. No one ever called me back and I had to call them back, left another message and still no one called me back. This is the worse experience I have ever had with them. I will not be going back. I have scheduled the work with another company.

I have been using this company for long time now and I have always had good results. The crew is very professional and friendly. You normally get the same servicemen which I thought was nice. They always come out when they say they are going to. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I called 7 installers to get bids to replace my existing AC (unrepairable coil leak). I waited to call the and quot;big dogsand quot; until after I'd called some of the smaller operators in town. The gentleman from Laney's was able to squeeze in a bid immediately and was at my home within an hour. He (Bob) was very friendly and professional. I was quoted two systems: a 13 SEER 2.5 ton Bryant, and a 14.5 SEE 2.5 ton Coleman. The Bryant system (with labor, permit, Honeywell Pro8000 thermostat, AC coil, electrical, miscellaneous materials and sales tax). Came to $2250. That includes the electrical work to add a GFI outlet in the backyard by the furnace, which my home doesn't have Most of the other bids added that in on top of the AC which pushed theirs out of Laneys range. Out of the 7 bids I received for comparable systems, the closest competitor to the Bryant system was $300 over Laney's price (I chose the Bryant). Only 1 of the 7 hasn't gotten back to me yet (I've waited two days, which seems like long enough). I appreciated the quick turnaround on both the home visit and the bid via email. They won the business, I am scheduled for a new AC in September.

excellent, set the appointment, they showed up on time, no suprises, did the work, cleaned up after work was done, life is good

My AC unit kept freezing up, so I called Laney's at about 5pm on a Monday, they offered to send someone that night to look at it, but said they might not be able to fix it that night, so I made an appointment for the next day. They called me at 8am and promptly came out. They looked at my furnace and found a plastic cap that was loose and it was leaking Freon. They offered to replace it and refill the AC unit with Freon. The little CAP piece was $2 (not sure if that's good or not) then the Freon was $136, which is very reasonable.(I've had to replace it in my car before). The whole thing took less than an hour, they wore booty covers over their shows without me even asking and I don't think I got charged any labor? Unless the labor was added into something, but my receipt shows the replacement CAP and Freon. They gave me a comment card that will get me $10 off my next service. overall they came and diagnosed my problem right away and fixed it quickly, explaining everything to me and answering my questions. Great experience

Not good. Try a smaller company that is not so concerned about getting the maximum dollar squeezed out of the customer, with minimal service.

The experience exceeded my expectations. SErviceman was prompt, corteous and the price was fair.

They complete all projects in a minimum time. This is a professionally run company. They are not cheap but they perform very well.

Laney's was great. I gave them a call - they were very clear about when they could likely arrive to do the job. I got a call about 10 minutes before they could arrive at my house - as requested - since I would need to drive home from work to let them in. The person who did the work was very friendly. It seems Laney's focuses on customer service as the experiences I've had in the past with their HVAC technicians has been very good as well. He not only did the job quickly, but he clearly explained the process and what was going wrong with the system. He also let me know how an earlier repair I did myself likely caused the problem...oops! Still, I appreciated someone letting me know a little bit more about the process. The price was about $10 more than I'd been quoted by another electrician, but that person never showed up when scheduled. Therefore, for an extra $10 - though a bit more expensive than most - Laney's provides the service as advertised. It's definitely worth it for the better service. Otherwise, he threw in a outlet plate for free. I know, it's only about $2 to buy a pack, but a lot of companies will use these moments for massive markup. Lastly, he answered some questions I had about other potential projects in the house and was more than accommodating. When I need electrical help in the future, Laney's will be my first call.

I should have called Laney's for a quote sooner. When quoting the project, they took the time to answer all my questions, were very knowledgeable, and had all the information I needed up front. The installers came right on time, were courteous and professional, and in the end the install looked great. The installers and electrician performing the install were very good about answering any questions I had and took the additional time to explain things to me. There's a good reason why Laney's gets so much business here in town.

Not well. We didn't feel we were treated fairly.

They were very responsive and able to come out to look at the job right away. The gentleman who arrived was prompt, but did not seem extremely knowledgable. They were not willing to be creative in their solution to the problem and their quote was extremely high and would have required me to add a wall (which defeats the original reason for the move - I was trying to remove a wall). Overall, I was disappointed with the quote and they never did follow up - I got the impression they didn't really care about getting this business.

They were on time and clean. Overall I rate them high.

I do not have a contract with them for maintenance. I would recommend them because they are very responsive. They can come in right away after we call. When we call them for some work, they fit it in the next day or even the same day if it is an emergency.

Laney's has been tremendous with my furnace maintenance since I had them install a new high efficiency furnace two years ago. They offer a lifetime warranty provided I pay for an annual maintenance visit for them to check on it...this costs less than $100 each year. This service call was really my own fault, as I had neglected to change the air filter for awhile and it was obstructing airflow - causing the part that needed replacing to fail. Laney's insisted that I not be charged, however, merely reminding me that more regular replacement of air filters would prevent this part from failing, and reduce the chance for my own inconvenience the next time around (not to mention their expense). Win/Win. Highly recommended company!
