Description of Work: Laney's failed to notify us about a manufacturer's Service Bulletin and recommended equipment modification that quite probably would have prevented an equipment failure and repair expenses. Negotiations with Laney's over liability were not successful. A bitter end.

Description of Work: In the space of roughly a week both my central a/c and water heater broke down on me. In both instances Laney's dispatchers and repair personal were polite, super helpful, and as prompt as humanly possible. The gentleman that repaired my hot water heater had it up and running in just about a half hour, and was readily disposed to answer all my questions. The two gentlemen that worked on my a/c were also very quick, friendly, and professional. It took them about two hours over the span of two days to get the machine running again, which was honestly as quick as anyone could have fixed it, seeing as it is a very uncommon brand (I have never heard of it before, at least) and it took them a day to run down the parts needed. Overall I am very satisfied with Laney's and I would unreservedly recommend their services to anyone needing plumbing, electrical, or heating/cooling repair.

Description of Work: Routine maintenance on gas furnace and they checked out everything to make sure it was working properly and efficiently.

Description of Work: Drains were slow so I called to have them cleaned. I have an older home and after cleaning the drains they ran a camera down the line. The two techs who were here, said the line at the end nearest the sanitary sewer was damaged. Their demeanor when they were telling me told me that perhaps they had done the damage and they were very quick to exit the premises. Since I cannot be certain what might have happened, I did not file a claim. I however, will not use Laney's again.

Description of Work: Laney's Plumbing came to do some work on my house.

Description of Work: Laney's gave me a bid of $34000 to install a hot water heat system in my 6 plex apartment building. Although I thought this was high because the piping was already there, I gave them the go ahead to get it done. After they began work, I was informed that the total would be even more, as everything needed wasn't included in the bid. At that point I told them to stop as they had only removed the old hot water heater. I paid them $2000 as settlement.
