We had one of our A/C units starting to fail in a property we just purchased. Eric came out quickly to assess the damage and we decided to have him replace the unit. He was able to get the old unit charged up long enough to get us by and then replaced it with a far better unit. Once the other one dies, we'll have him out again to upgrade that one too! UPDATE 4/25/2018 // Central A/C - Install: BEST Heat & Air servicer in WNC! Time and time again, Eric has bailed me out of A/C and Heat issues. We purchased a home near Asheville last year with older A/C units. One of them completely died in the hot summer and Eric was out immediately to resolve the issue. He provided a quick temporary fix while we waited for a replacement unit to come in. Still waiting on the other one to die on us since it's so old, but he is been saving us tons of money by keeping it going until we need to replace it. We've been having some issues for about a week and life has been so crazy that I did not get a chance to call him until this morning. He squeezed us in same day and fixed the issues very quickly! Eric is honest, extremely reliable, very prompt, and is our go-to contractor for all of our Heat & Air needs. Highly recommended! I'm so glad we found our guy... we will definitely continue to use him.

When we're dealing with such as heaters and air conditioners, it's probably premature to rate the quality of work within 24 hours, but so far, it's great. Apparently I would have had trouble had I not scheduled this service exam before some cold winter night when the igniter of my gas furnace actually failed. Apparently, no one has serviced the unit in the 10 years of its existence! (I've been in the house only a year.) Thank you, HomeAdvisor for sending Eric Gibbs to my safeguard my heater.

Air conditioning lost freon he filled it up with 2 lb and dye said he was going to follow up a month later see if it was leaking charge me 260 bucks haven't heard from him.Tried to call him both numbers voicemails are full. Not happy..unit frozen AGAIN...NOT HAPPY!

Eric arrived very soon after my call and was very pleasant and professional. He was unable to complete the job immediately (My fault for giving him the wrong filter measurement), then got sick and STILL managed to return another day with the filter. He was very careful to show me the proof of the need for a new capacitor. He's eager to treat the customer well.

Called to let me know when he would arrive, quickly identified what was wrong, had to get the part but returned quickly and fixed it.
