Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for a garage door tune-up and roller replacement. Everything was fine.

Description of Work: The spring on my garage door broke. I purchased their big deal for I believe $89, which was a full servicing of my garage door and the additional $200 was to replace the springs. The gentleman working on this was extremely friendly, professional and quick and the prices seemed very fair. To be honest, they are one of the few contractors I have used to date that I would absolutely use again. And they were also one of the few that were extremely responsible and readily available to perform work purchased as part of a Big Deal.

Description of Work: I purchased a $49 Big Deal for a Garage Door Tune-up, Lube, and Safety Inspection. It was fine.

Description of Work: The rep did a good job. He installed quiet rollers on the doors and lubricated the entire mechanism. Good value.

Description of Work: I was responding to a deal about maintenance on a garage door. Our garage door spring that lifts the garage door had just broken. My husband contacted the company and told him,we were Angie members. My husband sent him picture of the broken part the housed the spring and the owner was very responsive and arranged a date and time after work when my husband would be would be home. A new spring and part was needed and replaced. The owner sent out a very competent person who went about his work to install a new spring in short time. We are very pleased of the precision and accuracy of the installation of the worker who, completed his work in a short time. The only disappointment was the price. I was expecting more in the price of the deal which was $279.99. The price we paid was $340.00. He owner only gave us a $10.00 reduction. Happy with the service not happy with the price. We would recommend but would have negotiated a better price.

Description of Work: They did a great job - replace my old, broken garage door keypad entry and also tuned up and lubricated everything. Bill, who did the work at my house, showed me how to use the keypad and helped me program my PIN. He was knowledgeable and very helpful. I would definitely use them again in the future!

Description of Work: Overhead door tune-up: tightened chain,oiled track,added new rollers etc... Also showed me where and when to oil for regular maintenance. So quiet now - Huge difference. Would highly recommend this company.
