The install at my house probably was not typical but this didn't daunt Harold. He got it done and was very helpful with getting all the details right. I'd highly recommend him for any garage door related work, either new or repair or etc.

They were responsive and on time and only did what was needed and did not try to sell me additional services I did not need. My garage door would only close completely about 30% of the time due to no braces on the tracks. Instead of trying to convince me I needed a brace on each track he installed just the one needed one and it has worked perfectly since the installation.

It went well. They came out within a week after I purchased the deal.

The technician arrived a few minutes early, however, and he performed the services and had ALREADY LEFT before I arrived. So when I called to inquire, he spoke with a short fuse since I didn't know he'd already come to service the door and gone. Otherwise, I have had no issues with my garage door and key pad since the date of service. I'm a satisfied customer but would likely not use this company again. Need more professionalism to increase chance for repeat service!

The job was good. The install MR. William did a thorough job and complete job. He explained the work to be done complete. The only downside the impression I had by the phone conversation that two spring would be use for a balanced load. It was explained that the one spring would be fine. We'll see .three year warranty on spring. My thinking two spring work easier than one , more load on one spring.

Installed the new rollers. Noise of the garage door reduced than before.

They did a good job. The things were getting loose and they weren't working as well as they should and the young man fixed them up real well. They did a good job. As far as I can tell, they did a good job.

It was excellent service. It was very quick. He was very informative. He gave me options on what needed to be done and explained it all. It was a good price. He was very responsive. He showed up on time.

The gentlemen was curt but, professional. Had to move a book case to get at an electrical outlet and added 45.00 to the bill. I called the company, the woman who answered the phone was very polite and understanding. I told her the charge of an extra 45 was excessive, she agreed. I said, 20. maybe wouldn't be so bad but, still just to slide a bookcase to reach the outlet. I see that my American Express card was not billed for more than the service was quoted on Angie's List. They didn't add any charge for sliding the bookcase which I find very professional.. The extra 45.00 charge was absurd.

William called before hand, arrived on time, was really professional. He spent about 30 minutes, after the installation of the wireless keypad and the servicing he informed me that our garage was in perfect working order! He didn't try to find something wrong nor up sell me on any items. We will totally us them again!

Service was on-time and the technician was very professional and polite. He explained how to maintain my garage door to avoid future problems. After the service the garage door opens/closes much more quietly and smoothly than before. My only issue is that the charge of $45/parts + $45/labor for replacing the bottom seal on the door seems a bit high. But overall I'm still satisfied with the service.

Talked to other installers but,I wanted a quality Haas door installed.Bill stopped by and left information and an estimate with no pressure to sell me a new door or opener.I called ABGD and ordered it over the phone.The installers were great and very polite young men.The door and frame are very level and plumb.A really great door and we are very happy with our new door.

Serviceman called before he came and arrived on time. Took time to explain the work he was doing and made recommendations for follow up maintenance I could do.

I did not hire All About Doors because of the price.
