Description of Work: Replaced the rollers and made some adjustments so the garage door opened and closed more smoothly. Also did a bit of troubleshooting by screwing a piece of wood to the base of the door to help close a gap between the door and the ground when the door is shut. The repairman did a great job, explained the work, and was friendly and professional.

Description of Work: Spring broke on garage door; called and was given appt for 9am and quote of $190. Service guy called at 9am, said he'd arrive around 11am, which he did. Was very quick, friendly, professional, and finished the job in about 90 minutes. Gave me advice on maintaining. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

Description of Work: They did a GREAT JOB! My question, though, is directed to Angie's List...Why was the special for $89, but the invoice only said it was $81. I don't think I will take advantage of Angie's List "specials" in the future, when the "special price" is more than the regular rate.

Description of Work: Technician arrived when promised and was very thorough and professional in performing service. He also was good about providing tips regarding periodic routine maintenance that I could perform. I will definitely use them in future for overhead door work.

Description of Work: We took advantage of the promotion to have a complete garage door check in early August which we did. A week or so later the garage door spring broke (which seemed to be a strange coincidence) but we called them back and it was explained that it could happen anytime so the spring was replaced. No problems since. |

Description of Work: The owner showed up to do the work himself. He was cordial and punctual. He seemed to be very aware that I was a woman alone, and avoided coming into the house. After doing the work, he took the time to explain his work to me and to make reccomendations for future self-maintenance. I have kept his business card and will certainly consider him again, should I have other garage door needs.

Description of Work: This was a special deal for servicing of my garage deal for $89 which included 10 rollers. Work was done as agreed and my garage door is much quieter. They were also very helpful on the phone about what to do regarding an opening/closing adjustment of the door. It solved the problem.
