Description of Work: Took out old garage doors & installed new ones. No complaints. Job done when promised, no surprises. Owner makes sure it's done right & customer is satisfied.

Description of Work: Garage door would only open 10". Bought garage door tune-up that was scheduled 3 weeks later. When they realized my door wasn't working they took care of us in 2 days. Very nice work.

Description of Work: Cleaned the rails, oiled the parts that move (using oil made specifically for garage doors), showed us how to oil it in the future, explained how it works, fixed our on-site and car remotes, and even showed us that the LED bulb near the garage door light was the reason our car remotes were not working well. A great service.

Description of Work: My garage doors stopped working and I used an offer from this company to get them serviced. they were really helpful, and despite being very busy managed to come out the same day to fix them. They did not even charge me anything extra, and the provider was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Description of Work: The work occurred on two visits. The first was from an Angie's special offer for lubricating the door and replacing rollers. The door needed adjusting for proper closing, which I requested and which was done. Other work needed done, as was pointed out and which I was aware of, and I was given a quote for that additional work. Another visit was scheduled within a couple of days and occurred several days later. Now the door is in good working order, which it hasn't been for some time.

Description of Work: The door made a screeching, extremely annoying sound when it went up or down. He lubricated the rollers and the hinges.

Description of Work: Replaced the rollers, lubricated the hinges/moving parts, overall inspection, and provided advise on future maintenance.

Description of Work: Tune up garage door. Changed out rollers. Unfortunately after opening and closing door continuously for over 20 minutes, the motor burned out. They offered to sell me a new opener for $325. But they didn't take any responsibility for burning out the motor. Very disappointed in the service.

Description of Work: He performed the Tune-up, fixed a loose wire, put in new light bulbs. I was so pleased to have him I also asked him to replace a broken remote and add 16 feet of rubber at bottom of garage door for insulation. That brought the total parts and labor up to $228.10.
