Description of Work: Garage door inspection and service. I also had a problem that needed |corrected. The service person made the proper adjustments and lubricated |the door parts. Now the door operates smoothly and makes less noise.

Description of Work: Bought a big deal when I suspected there was something wrong with one of my garage door sensors. Turns out there was a box breaking the sensor beam...tech moved it and voila! (Was my face red...) He completed an inspection and oiled the rollers and pronounced the door in good working order. At least if something does go wrong I will know who to call.

Description of Work: Easily diagnosed and fixed the problem with the door and then gave it (and all its parts/tracks) a full inspection and greasing. Tech was very professional and knowledgeable, explaining why our problem had happened and how to keep it from happening in the future. He also explained why they do not recommend using the popular WD-40 on the tracks and what they do recommend instead.
