Description of Work: William knew immediately what was wrong with the garage door and got to work, knowing that I had an appt. that afternoon downtown. He was professional, efficient, and nice considering that my dog was all over him. Would definately use again.

Description of Work: Used Spray oil to lube the door and it dripped oil and grease onto to the garage floor, which the grandkids tracked onto my carpet. I called them and they refused to pay for carpet cleaning to get the stains out. They did refund $38.00 of the $95 I paid them. I did cuss them out when he refused to come to look or pay for a spot cleaning of my carpet. I complained about them on their Facebook page, and they deleted the page. I wouldn't recommend them or every let them step on my poperty again.

Description of Work: The garage door was lubricated, and it is much quieter. However, the technician attempted to close the door, and the switch was bad. He attempted to replace the switch, then determined the garage door motor was not working. |Kinda wish I had left it alone.
