They are excellent. The worker was proficient, professional, and polite. He offered suggestions on my garage door – which is currently in a bit of disarray. He sprayed the rollers and the spring with very high quality, expensive lubricant. In fact, he was actually nice enough to leave me the rest of the can of the lubricant, which I thought was so nice. He not only took care of the issue he came out for (which was to replace the rollers), but he educated me about the work he performed, which will make me a smarter consumer in the future.

Everything went wonderful. I've been suggesting to neighbors to use them after they came and worked for me.

They were very cordial. The work very good, and the price was reasonable. They originally couldn’t fit me in for a few days, but when I let them know how stressed I was about the garage door (due to an impending delivery), they altered their schedule and sent someone out right away. They were able to diagnose the issue very quickly, and they seemed very honest and up-front.

He was very thorough and friendly as I was there and engaged him in converstaion while he worked. Moreover, he came at the agreed upon day & time.

Highly recommend. Bill came the first time but didn't have the right tools for our particular garage door. Rescheduled and came when he said he would. Did a great job, explained what we needed to know. Would use them again.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was excellent. They were here on time, did a good job and it was quick. They did what they said they were going to do. They came out to do the work several days after I purchased the Big Deal.

He answered all my questions and gave me an explanation of what might be causing our intermittent problems with the door. At my request the technician gave me an estimate for replacing the opener and/or the door. He explained the history of problems with our opener and why they occur.

I was way out of their normal territory and they were still able to come within one day. The people who took my call in the office were just as nice and pleasant as the service techs. They arrived on time and called before arrival. The work turned out fantastic. He is a really nice guy. Their price was comparable, if not better, than other companies. They were very professional and I would recommend them to anybody. Overall, I had a very good experience.

They did a professional job and communicated well. They are going to have to come back and re-install the doors though as the manufacturer sent the wrong door channels (I ordered the doors myself and the shipped the wrong ones).
