All About Garage Doors

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it was wonderful all around. It turned out I needed more than the offer. I needed the whole thing to be replaced, but he got it all done. He did the work that needed to be done on the big deal, but he did extra work as well and got a guarantee on it as well.

They came earlier than they said they would, and were very prompt. The work was done quickly.

They were prompt, professional and courteous. We did not realize until they arrived that we purchased the wrong package as we needed an older version of tension rods. They did not have any on the truck and at first my husband was told that they would have to order them and come back. They then made a quick phone call and was fortunate to find the parts needed and were quickly delivered to our house. Even the delivery guy stuck around and helped complete the job! We also purchased a new garage door opener and they were kind enough to take the time to program it. We will definitely call on this company again should the need arise and recommend for all your garage needs.

The installer was on time and did the work expeditiously. He had some trouble adjusting the unit and that led to a service call the next day when the unit jammed in the open position. I called and "Harold" whom I think is the owner, took the call and since his installers were on calls came over himself with someone he was apparently training. They adjusted the closing so that the unit didn't ride all the way up and jam. Things have been fine ever since.

It turned out very well and exactly what it was.

Their service was excellent. I was having problems with opening and closing the garage door properly and they were able to pinpoint the problem. They also did other tune-ups necessary to keep the garage door working properly. Their price was super reasonable and I will definitely hire them again.

Not bad, except for the fact that the Wayne Dalton doors have the type of spring that was not compatible with this type of service. I asked him to do a regular maintenance service while he was here.

I was out of town when he called to set up appointment. When I got the message I called and we missed again. He called me back and we set up an appointment for the following week. The day of the appointment he called to let me know he was running late and said he would call when is was on the way. When he arrived, he explained that due to the Angie's List special he had a high work load. He went right to work and servicing the garage door. When he finished, he gave me a detailed list of what work was done. He pointed out the new rollers that he installed and explained how different installers joint the door track sections. He said some butt the sections flush which makes it quitter. He pointed out that my tracts were slightly overlapped which will make a slight noise when the first roller crosses that joint. He went over all the items he inspected and said that there was nothing that would need replacing or servicing in the near future. I told him if I needed the garage door serviced in the future I would give him a call.

He came the same day I bought the deal from Angie's List. My garage had a fair amount of stuff being stored in it, and he worked around it without asking me to move it. As I expected, he recommended some upsell items that he said would improve the door's performance even more. I declined and he wasn't at all pushy about it. Overall, I was very pleased with his service.

Great! the provider called to say when he was on his way. Arrived. Worked on his own. Then did a summary of his progress with me at the end. Very kind and very professional.

It was awesome. My door is quiet now!

He was very nice and did what he could. But I have Wayne Dalton garage doors and only Wayne Dalton people can work on these doors. I used him as a deal but the deal doesn't say "can't help you if you have Wayne Dalton doors".

Bill called to set up the appointment, arrived on time and explained all the steps he would follow. He asked me what my concerns were and explained why the things were happening the way they were. He was very efficient and professional.

Technician arrived promptly after calling ahead. He had a little difficulty removing the old rollers, but after a few phone calls he was able to complete that part of the job. We had recently moved into this house and knew that the lift mechanism was on its last legs. The tech confirmed that and offered several choices for repair or replacement after a thorough inspection. We set up a date for that installation which went flawlessly also. We will be using them for all inspections, maintenance and any future garage door work.

He did a great job. It was a miserably hot day and he called to say he was running a little late, but showed up at the rescheduled time. He went right to work and had the job finished in about 30 minutes. I had just moved into this house and only had one garage door remote opener, and he happened to have one on his truck and programmed it for me, which was not in the original work plans for this visit. He cleaned up after himself and gave me some instructions about the best way to lubricate my door myself. We also discussed the door coil and how rusty it was. I had been concerned it was close to breaking, but he said it would be ok for now.

All of our expectations were met. We would definitely use them again

Other than showing up pretty late, it went fine. Pretty basic job to perform. Door works quieter now which was what I wanted.

Scheduling went well. Provider showed up as expected. I wasnt able to be with the provider the entire time. However what I noticed: He had bent the roller tracks out so that he could replace the rollers. This isnt common practice as they arent made to be bent. He mad a mess on the doors, not there are finer smudges all over the outside and inside of the doors. There were materials left behind ans well as an oil stain in the driveway.

They did a great job. They were punctual, provided good service, and were friendly. I have no complaints.
