Excellent experience. William was very efficient and professional, and he provided me with some good tips for keeping the door and opener in top condition. He called ahead and arrived within the window he gave me. High marks all around.

They communicated very well. They immediately, as soon as I made the order and got back with me. I think they asked for like my phone number and then pretty much you know they almost within a day confirmed an approximate date approximate time they would be here and then they contacted me in the morning telling me when they thought they would get here and they were pretty much ten to fifteen minutes within exactly they said they were going to be here. The only thing that made the experience not quite an A was the gentlemen came out and he did exactly what was on the order of what he was suppose to do, he was suppose to like change the rollers for the garage door and just give it an overall, you know, audit of the garage door and everything and that was fine but he found a couple of things that he basically presented as problems and said that they would cost extra and when he pointed them out to my wife they were little simple things like a wire that maybe was dangling and he said he would charge us like forty dollars or fifty dollars or something like that to fix it and my wife just said no, that's okay we can take care of that but he kind of really seemed to kind of get upset that we weren't willing to pay him for these extra little things it doesn't bother me if he's upset because I guess in his mind he probably isn't making much coming out, you know for the price that we paid Angie's List but if he's worried about that he shouldn't be putting his services on Angie's List if that's the real reason is that he's hoping he's going to make extra money, you know, when he actually comes out by pointing things out things that, I mean it literally would have been just taking a hook or something and just putting the hook in the wall and just hanging wire on it, it would have been ten minutes of my time and only 15 cents for a hook but he was going to charge us forty dollars for it.

Bought this service through Angie's List deals. They were very communicative, showed up when they said they would, installed everything as promised, and even provided some explanation as to what they were doing for a first time homeowner. Altogether, a quick and painless experience. Highly recommended for garage door service needs.

The service call went very well. Provider arrived on time and got right to work. He was informative and easy to talk with. Has a great sense of humor, too. We will definitely have him back for maintenance again.

There were some scheduling difficulties. So, we called them and made an arrangment to be here, say at 3:00, I don't remember exactly what time. I work in the medical field servicing medical equipment and so I said, I have to go because I'm going to have this guy be there so I rushed home. I got here before the time and there was nobody here so I thought I beat him here but then there was a card in the door that he had been and left. I probably almost passed him coming in and out of our neighborhood it was that close. We had some issues scheduling them, working out at time. They could be here and then they couldn't be here stuff like that. Finally they did. I really wanted to make them come and finally he did and he actually did a really great job on the door. You could tell he had a little bit of an attitude at first. He showed me some extra things about the door and made all the repairs and adjustments, told me what to do to keep the thing up for my part. Lubrication and stuff like that. As far as I'm concerned, he left and we were all square but I did talk to him and then to his dispatch people about if you're going to be somewhere you need to do better at making contact. He called and left a voice mail message on my phone which I have bad cell service over where I was at. I couldn't call him back because his number didn't show on my caller ID and he didn't leave a number. It was really rocky but overall in the end, very pleased with the service. I would probably call him again. I have a feeling they would do better next time about the appointment itself. I would also be a little wiser and I would be firm that we're making this appointment and he needs to call me and do more than leave a message with no call back number. I need a way to call him back.

We were very pleased that they could come out the same day we called. They performed a tune-up and replaced a broken spring, and suggested replacing the other spring before it became a problem as well. They gave suggestions as to how our garage door could be quieter, and offered to do the necessary changes that day, althoough we declined at the time. Over all, we were very pleased with the work.

Went okay. He took measurements in case the spring broke and did preventive maintenance work for an additional fee. Do not remember what exactly was the additional preventive work...

It went well. He showed me some broken hinges which were replaced. The outdoor pad is very useful. He was very pleasant and completed the work in short time.

William was fantastic! He was personable, professional and knowledgeable. He serviced all parts of the garage door and installed the keypad and explained all that was being done. I would highly recommend them.

William came out on the day that the spring broke and even though they did not have the spring for our garage door, he fixed it for us to use until the new spring came in. Then on the day that the spring arrived, he came back and installed the new spring! They really helped us when we were in a pickle. With the spring broken, our car was trapped in the garage!.

I did not speak with anyone until the day of the service. All communication was via email. I will say I'm not a fan of the big time gaps (8-12), but we did get a call from someone that told us a technician was at one location and would be to us in a little over an hour, which was greatly appreciated. William showed up almost exactly 1 hr after the call. He was very polite and explained to us what we needed to do to maintain the quality of the work he had done. He explained what the best upkeep products were. The garage door needed new rollers and to be lubed and he did so quickly and efficiently. Would definitely use their services again

It was a pretty decent experience. The person showed up on time and explained all things he did.

The work was all done in 20 minutes, no problems found with the door. The technician called me to advise on his arrival time. The technician was very professional.

They were very prompt and came out to look at our old system and quote a new system for us. They were very patient answering a lot of questions about belt driven versus jack shaft openers. From initial order to delivery it was very quick, only a couple of weeks most of which was waiting for the parts to arrive. On the day of the installation they completed the entire install in just under two hours! The new system is a lot more quiet and the insulated door has made a big difference to the temperature in the garage.

William was prompt, professional, and friendly. He called to say he would arrive at 9:00 AM and arrived right at 9:00 AM! He did a tune up on my garage door, installed a new entry keypad, and measured for an estimate for a new garage door.

Harold came by and gave me a quote right away after speaking with him. On the day of install, two gentlemen showed up. They were courteous and quick. I had my two car garage door removed along with the old opener, and they installed a new, insulated garage door and new opener in just under 2 hours. Everything works great; I still can't believe how quick they were. I would definitely use them again in the future, and recommend them to anyone in the area looking for garage door products or services.

Called these folks at 8:00 this morning. I explained the situation and they had a tech at my home by 9:00 am. Technician was friendly, very professional, careful, clean, and was done in under 2 hours. Door function is now like-new. Very pleased with these folks. Would add a "+" to that "A" if I could.

I called first thing in the morning on my way to work. A spring on the garage door broke the day before (Sunday). I was told that they could come out later that same day, was quoted $65 per spring, and told that it is best to replace both springs (even if only one was broken). It turns out that the spring broke because it was not the same size as the other spring. The previous owners probably decided to only replace a single spring to save on the additional cost for a 2nd spring or were ill-advised by the company they used to previously service the garage door. There is a noticeable difference when opening and closing the garage door since the springs were replaced. The door seems to open much easier and definitely doesn't make as much noise. I was very pleased with the service provided by All About Garage Doors and will definitely use them for future service on the garage.

Went well. But when I called them about doing another simple job on my garage door they quoted a very high price.

The tech. performed the normal maintenance and identified performance and safety issues with the garage door. He made recommendations for fixing the issue and now it works well.

They arrived on time, were friendly, thorough, and professional; took time to explain the what, why, and how. I really appreciated the time they took, their kindness; showed real pride in their work; great people, great service!!!

We are very pleased with our new openers. The turn around time from estimate to install was 1 week. William did a great job with the installation and answered all of our questions. The team at All About Garage Doors is knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend them.

He was prompt and courteous and worked quickly. He gave me some very good information on simple maintenance that I could do to keep the garage door working smoothly longer.
