All About Garage Doors

They did everything that they said they would do. I would call them back if I had work on my garage doors. They left everything in good shape, and so I wouldn't hesitate to contact them in the future. I'd give them a hundred percent rating.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went very well. I had them do some additional work so I paid an additional $88. I had them put a new gasket on the bottom of the door and they didn't charge me anything for the installation; they only charged for the actual gasket. I would definitely recommend them. He did a very thorough job. He measured things to make sure both sides of the garage door were going up equal distance. They did a really nice job.

Told service tech that door had been "lurching" when opening. Asked him to look for problem. Door was running smoothly when he finished. I assumed tuneup solved problem. After door sat for a while without being used, it began lurching again. Called provider and two reps showed up promptly but couldn't replicate the problem and left w/o doing anything after running door up and down a few times. Didn't even inspect mechanism. Lurching resumed after door sat for a while and has now started squealing when opening - which is something it hadn't done before. Will not call them again.

The technician that came out called ahead of time to let me know that he was on his way to our home which was very helpful. He changed all of the rollers in the garage door and lubricated the parts which required this. He also spent time trying to fix the track that had been bent. Our garage door sounds so much better and I'm so thankful that the technician pointed out to me what I should be watching for if the track gets worse. What really impressed me about this company was when I called them this week to ask questions about our garage door opener...the keypad and remote door openers had stopped working. Instead of suggesting that they come out and fix tjhis for us, a very kind gentlemen (the owner, perhaps) talked me through everything we should do to program our door openers. He said he really didn't want to send someone to our home to do something that we should be able to do..(we had tried several times over the previous weekend without success) and he gave me some pointers. I am pleased to report that this afternoon when I tried once again, using his advice, it worked like a charm. Keypads and all door openers are working. This company has my business forever and I will recommend them to all of my friends.

Very pleased with service of service person, and with communications with service person who did the work. There was communication issue initially where person did not arrive on time and had to reschedule. I believe this was a communication issue with office, so I rescheduled with service person in addition to office.

The installer was very helpful and knowledgeable and did a great job and we are very happy with the performance of the door now.

It worked out really well. I am waiting for them to come to do some additional work. The price was fair.

No complaints. Everything went fine. I don't know how much of a difference the quiet rollers make. The door might be a little quieter now.

It went pretty well. They did everything we asked them to do. I didn’t have any concerns or complains. They were pretty cordial and courteous. They provided things without much of a fuss. I think the price is okay. It took them a few days to get back to me from the purchase date and schedule the appointment. Everything looked well whatever they installed.

The door seems to roll nicely now and I feel good knowing it is set to the appropriate safety standards.

Scheduling happened within a week. I did hope he could have made it outs sooner but he was very professional and knowledgeable.

I was very pleased with their work and price. In fact, they were a few hundred dollars cheaper than any other quote I sought. The only problem I had was that they never showed up on a scheduled day and they didn't call to inform me that they wouldn't be there. They first showed up five days earlier than scheduled when the garage had not yet been prepared for their part of the work. After that it was not done on the day scheduled. That all bring said, I felt they did quality work and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them as long as the customer doesn't mind their poor scheduling. |

Technician adjusted garage door and installed new, quieter rollers. Work was done well.

Bill oiled and added new rollers to the garage door, adjusted the speed of the door movement. Company was very prompt in arranging an appointment with me and Bill was very pleasant and knowledgeable to deal with. (I was lucky in buying this deal because one of my old rollers was about to come off!)

It went well. The technician that came to the house was very nice, adjusted the "eyes" on my garage door because they were not aligned right (kept not closing when the sun hit them at a certain time of the day), adjusted the spring, and installed "quiet" rollers. I can certainly tell a difference. The only issue was that this was one of those "within two day" specials and AAGD didn't do it for a week or so. I know this is because they were slammed, and everything else was fine, but the delay was not consistent with what I signed up for. But, I'd certainly use AAGD again!

The tech did a great job. Garage doors work better than ever in the three years we have been in this house. Thanks!

It worked out very well. When I called, I asked if I could meet with him in the evening or just after work and so he was flexible on schedule which was very nice. He then came and followed instructions to do the work and then close up as he left since I wouldn’t most likely be home even then. He did that fine. When I got there, all the work was done and cleaned up. Everything worked fine. The instructions were left there on how to use the opener. All was good.

It went well. They did a good job and were very responsive.

They are excellent. He was here on time. I would hire them again.

My experience with him was great. The cool thing was that he was running behind and he gave me a call to let me know that he was running late. He said that someone got upset when he called, but I thought that it was a courteous call. He did great and finished quickly too.

All About Garage Doors was very responsive. I called for an appointment late in the evening and they were able to see me the next morning. The repairman (sorry don't remember his name) was very nice and kept me informed throughout the appointment what was going on. When he pointed out several issues that I needed to be aware of and to keep an eye on, I asked him if we should just get the garage door replaced. Instead of jumping on the chance to make a sale he said it wasn't time for a new door and that we still had a few years left. The price of the repair was very reasonable. Overall I was very happy with All About Garage Doors and will definitely call them again.

It turned out well. He showed me what he was doing and he completed the job. It seem to work efficiently.
