Their office called me to schedule the installation of the garage door (when the door was available). On the scheduled date, I called the office for an approximate installation time. Workers were available at my house within half hour of that time. The new garage door was installed corrected and it works very well. The workers responded to all my questions and concerns. I am happy with the quality of the garage door.

Wow! William was great! What a nice gentleman. Phoned before coming just to let me know he was on the way and to expect to see him between 8:30 and 9:30. I wasn't there to answer because I was dropping off my kids, but he left a very nice message. When he got here at 8:45, he was very polite and asked me what problems I was having with my garage. The problem .... the garage door only went down when it was in the mood to go down. Otherwise, I was out of luck and had to leave guarding the house to my S*** szu while I went to pick up kids or run errands. He spent about an hour and 15 minutes servicing the garage door, replacing old rollers, fixing the sensors, and getting everything oiled up. When he finished, he explained what we needed to do to maintain a working garage door. He recommended using a Garage Door oil quarterly. He had some in his truck and was very honest that it was a little more just because of convenience to buy it directly from him ($10). I was happy to pay the $10 and the can has his contact information on it. Also, William gave me a sticker with his contact information to put over the opener in the garage so I will actually be able to find his number when and if I need it. My husband listened to me gripe so much about my garage door that he threatened to buy a new one. I being the practical one kept telling him that we didn't have the money. Generally fine, the only thing i would say is please don't put an adhesive sticker with your company contact information to a client's wall without permission. Individual placed a signature on my garage wall by my garage door opener without my permission - I might have chosen to put the sticker in a different place or not put one up on my wall at all - should have been my choice..

There was initially a little mixup on scheduling, but the office worked with me on sorting that out. It's not important to me that everything goes perfectly, but on how a company responds and they get an "A" in that area. When the tech came out, he not only replaced the rollers, but did a safety inspection and explained basic maintenance to us and asked if we had anymore questions. Very professional. I would highly recommend AAGD.

Very good, thorough work. He discovered a guiderail problem and corrected it. Also discovered a light socket problem and corrected that. Put in the vinyl rollers that are much quieter, and lubed everything. Business-like, professional, efficient, and effective performance.

Great. The tech was on time and did exactly what was advertised. Offered suggestions on improvements and replacement of door (I have a contractor's special that is un-insulated and has dents in it that is 16 years old) for what seems to be a good price for a tremendous improvement in quality and temperature control. Was not pushy, just informational and trying to get more business, which I am fine with. Will use them when we decide to replace the door and would recommend them to anyone.

The door did not work because one of the springs was broken. The technician came and said I needed to replace the spring, but was not aware of the tune-up package, so I needed to tell him about what was in the package. With that minor communication exception, the rest was great. Good communications, timely, and worked done well.

They were really responsible. They came three times to fix the door. First time, they didn't have the parts, so they came the second time with the parts and found other things broken too, so they came here third time but, they only charged me one service fee. I also got a 10% discount for being Angie's List member.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It turned out great. He was very nice. He came when he said and he did what he said he would do. He did a good job and he was very professional. I liked everything about it. It was a pleasure to do business with them. I would recommend them. He was a good worker and I would recommend him without reservation.

The service repair man was on time and very courteous and went above and beyond what we needed.

They were very good. What they advertised was replacing 10 rollers for the door and that was fine because they have been really noisy before and it has been much quieter now but he also lubricated all the various moving parts of the garage door. But also, he found that the spring-loaded thing that tensions the door to help pull the weight of it up and the attachment of the spring was about to completely come loose which would have totally disabled our door plus be dangerous. My son-in-law had discovered that shortly before the repairman came out and so he took a look at that and confirmed that it was torn loose so he fixed that all too, all at the same cost. The work was perfect. He was very pleasant.

It's been a few months now and the noise and squealing from the rollers has been reduced. Mine are about 9 years old and the provider also had tips about motor replacement in a few years. Highly recommend if you don't enjoy getting your hands dirty to do this type of work yourself.
