All About Garage Doors was prompt to respond to emails, and arrived during the scheduled time (although having a window to wait for them shorter than 4 hours would have been appreciated!). The quality of the work was good; both the performance and noise level are noticeably improved. The technician was knowledgeable and friendly.

William was nice and very courteous. When he came to the door, he introduced himself and told me what he was going to do. He went about the job of replacing all of the rollers, checking all springs, tightening hinges and inspecting our (old) opener. Our opener was not working properly (it would open the door but not close it) and although he tried, he was not able to get it working. He explained what he thought was wrong and because of its age (+/- 15yrs) it was probably best to replace it. He let us know that he had an opener in his truck and could do the work today, but unfortunately, the cost was not within our budget right now. No pressure was put on us to buy something that we could not/did not want. He let us know that if we called the office, we could get information on the different openers they carry and installation information. William did a great job and represented "All About Doors" perfectly,very professionally. We will definitely consider his offer.

As expected, I will use him again.

It went well! The only odd thing was that they wanted to charge me to come back to deliver a battery they didn't have on hand. Other than that they were right on time and the door has held up fine since then.

Perfect experience. Called quickly in response to "big deal" purchase. Appointments scheduled within week (at my request, they were available within 72 hours) and the tech was timely, called before arrival, arrived when he said he would and performed the work quickly and thoroughly. He explained all work and was very clear in his instructions. I would not hesitate to use this company again and I would refer them to anyone needing garage door work.

After purchasing the deal through Angie's list we received a message from the provider quickly to let us know they would see us on our requested service date, but no time was given. We called and spoke to the provider and were told they would probably be there around noon. The schedule changed however on the service date and we were called at 7:30am to inform us that they would be there at 8:00am instead. Luckily I had taken the day off and this schedule change worked out better for us, otherwise it would have been a little difficult to change things around. The technician arrived exactly at 8:00am. He was polite, efficient, and knowledgeable. Replacement of the springs and rollers was done within an hour and he gave me a rundown on how to oil our own system in the future to avoid premature breakage of overhead springs. Overall this was a great experience and we would use this company again.

This is the 2nd time I have used them and both times I have been very pleased. Most importantly, they try to fix your door and don't push you to buy a new one. They creatively came up with a fix for our door the first time I used them and it is still working fine 2 years later.

The tune up went great, rollers and springs were replaced, header re-enforced, and the doors lubricated. Professional work with extensive knowledge. Would use again.

Ended up not needing the service

I thought they were very professional and did a great job of replacing old rollers with new rollers. Even for those needs not included in this offer they provided guidance on how to make the garage door opener function even better. Would definitely use them again as well as recommend them to others.

The service tech didn't have the correct "quiet rollers" on his truck - so the company had to reschedule the appointment to complete the service. I believe the rollers installed are not correctly sized as you can hear metal on metal rubbing as the door goes up and down. I believe the quiet roller wheels may be too small.

The provider quickly replaced the broken cable on my garage door and did a tune-up, including lubrication, on both garage doors. I found the service tech to be very professional. He gave me tips for periodic care and maintenance of my garage doors. I plan to replace my two old wooden garage doors with new insulated garage doors in the future. The service tech discussed this with me and left literature regarding my options for replacement. I will definitely consider All About Garage Doors for this home improvement project. The price that I was quoted for the new doors and openers was very reasonable.

William was very prompt (in fact he had to wait for me because I remembered the date incorrectly). He was very quick but thorough and answered my questions before he left. My garage doors sound so much quieter now which was very important since our garage is below our living area. We purchased the "Big Deal" which made it an even better deal, but I would have been pleased with the results and their customer attitude at their normal price.

Everything was done as planned and then some. The repairman fixed the door bottom weather panel that had come off. Charged an extra $50 for it.

The repairman called prior to arriving and arrived on time ready to go. He worked professionally, quickly, and left the work area clean hen he exited. This was one of the best service calls I have experienced. The office called and checked two times about details and this made the process a very smooth one. Good referral!!!!

Completely happy with service. Used $55 Big Deal for an inspection and lubrication on my garage door, which had never been serviced before (house was built in 2000). Door sounds much better, and William (technician) took the time to go over the door with me and show me exactly where to oil it to keep it in good shape. He also called ahead to tell me when he was coming my way. Recommend 100%.

Company contacted me right away to set up appointment. Service person called the following week to confirm what time he would arrive, however he was held up and arrived later that day. Which was fine with me since someone was at home all day.

We sent a couple emails back and forth before beginning. He let me know what he could and couldn't do. He arrived on a day that I was slammed, but still worked with me like it wasn't inconvenient. I believe I was in and out of the house while he worked. He set my keypad for me. Garage door was quieter after he reset everything. I was really please. He also got my garage door openers working. Very good job. Use this guy.

Repairman arrived on time (beat me to my house), had a great personality (wish I remembered his name), completed the job thoroughly and efficiently. I am completely satisfied with the work!!!

There was a last minute schedule change due to job before me taking longer and I had to call them to find out where they were, but he arrived later in the day and did a great job. My garage door is operating great and no more screeching when I open or close, very quiet. I paid $55 because of a special deal but I think the regular price was $125, so very happy with price.

Very late, with no call letting us know of change. Once service man arrived, he was wonderful. Did a good job, very helpful, programmed our auto remotes.

We had some scheduling issues, but other than that it went fine. The original appointment they couln't make due to another job going over, but they called to let us know the afternoon of. We rescheduled after a call or two for the following day but noone showed up or called. I called over the weekend and left a message, and got a call back first thing Monday. We scheduled for Monday afternoon and this time they arrived and fixed the door quickly. The repairman also gave us instructions for how to maintain and lube the door and told use we have a nice strong door. I would use them again. The door works like new now and it was a great deal.

It went fine. They did a really good job. I had a really good experience with them. I even had some complications the next day after we had determined that they were going to do the work and they helped me out and made it so I that I could take care of my time and theirs. They were very friendly.

William, the technician, was fantastic. He showed me many tips on how to properly maintain my garage door. I will definitely use them again in the future.
