The technician arrived on time and explained what he was going to do. He inspected the door and told me the results of the inspection and what needed to be done. He performed the work as necessary and also gave me some tips on how to properly maintain the door in the future. He was very professional throughout the service call.

Everyone on the team was very responsive and came right out when I called after the initial service to report that the garage door had started opening on its own. I really appreciated their wanting to resolve the problem. However there was a glitch in communication causing a second tech to come to the house to re-do the codes again, but on just one remote, so another tech had to return to re-do the codes again with both remotes. Problem appears to have been corrected.

Arrived on time. Was finished in an hour and had recommendations for future maintenance.

This provider came when he said and did a great job. Our garage door operates more smoothly now. He also suggested a special oil to put on the runners and we purchased that and it helps maintain the smooth operation. We liked this company so much that when our son's garage door needed attention, we highly recommended All About Garage Doors to him. Once again, the company did a great job. Installed the New Ultra-Quiet Quiet Rollers and the sound we get while opening/closing the garage door reduced.

There was more than a simple installation involved. The tracks on either side of the door were warped and bent. Everything about the infrastructure was out of alignment. The tech spent considerable time getting the whole system into alignment before he could install the new equipment. He also tuned the second garage door (which is newer and worked fine) and set both instruments to work on the same opener. In addition to providing me with two good openers which open each door from different buttons (I did not expect this benefit) he also installed an external push button opener and allowed me to enter codes for each door. This was unexpected extra service and I really appreciate how much time the installer spent showing me how everything works. I am not a techie at all so it was wonderful that he was so patient in explaining everything. It has been a month and my garage door never worked so well as it does now.

I was upset with the price of 50/garage door just for lubrication and new rollers and assumed that they would do minor repair as well. They billed me for adjustments and each other item etc. When I complained they adjusted the bill and I was satisfied.

The technician arrived promptly and worked diligently to install the new garage door parts and perform the inspection. He was knowledgeable, explained how to maintain upkeep on the door, and was very courteous. Before the service the garage door was "temperamental" in that it sometimes would not close all the way or would stop closing and start opening up on its own. It was very noisy and creaky. Now the door runs much more smoothly and quietly. The money was well spent.

It was great! The service person called ahead of time to let me know a window. He actually came a little earlier, which was fine. My garage had not been checked since I've been in the house (about 12 years), and surprising, it was it good condition. He didn't try to sell me anything else. He gave recommendations to oil the rollers every 3 months. He was very nice, pleasant and professional.

The service went fine. The technician did a good job. My only concern is that the part that needed fixed was something I could have repaired myself. I had lost the bill and over paid but they never reimburse me for the. He was very professional and prompt. I was not displeased with the service at all and should have asked more questions. The technician was very courteous and professional. After completing the work, he described everything he did and offered some suggestions for future maintenance. The nylon rollers definitely helped reduce noise, but unfortunately most of the noise in this case comes from the old opener. The doors (and tracks) were replaced only six years ago, so I wasn't surprised that they were found to be in good shape and not in need of adjustment. In hindsight, I probably should have just replaces the rollers myself, but it was reassuring to hear that the hardware is in good shape and not in need of adjustment.

William did a great job. He came on time, was very professional and yet friendly. Tuned up door so it is now very quiet. Showed me how to maintain with quarterly lubing. Also gave me a checklist of the items he checked and/or adjusted. Tacked up bottom weather seal for me at no extra charge. I am very pleased with All About Garage Doors and will use them in the future.

Easy to schedule appointment. I was able to get the date I wanted. Harold called the day before and confirmed the visit and time. He also called the day of the visit and reconfirmed the time. He showed up on time and immediately got to work. It was determined that my garage door opener would not work consistently. It was concluded that the circuit board had gone bad. The age of the unit didn't warrant repair. A new belt driven unit was installed and works fine. Harold took time before leaving to point out the operation of the unit and also stressed the importance of routine maintenance to the quiet operation of the unit. I must point out that Harold was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and appeared to enjoy his work. I would definitely use All About Garage Doors again and highly recommend them to others.

This was part of an Angie's list Big Deal. We purchased the deal on the weekend. "All About Garage Doors" contacted us on Monday, and made arrangements to do the work the next day. They arrived on time, and examined the garage door. They pointed out a hinge that needed to repaired, replaced the rollers, tighten the garage door spring, and replaced two bulbs at our request. We were charged a reasonable price for the extra repair work. I was very pleased with their service and professionalism. I will definitely use them again.

I was very pleased. Technician was very courteous and thorough. After thoroughly maintenancing and testing the door to be sure it was working properly, he carefully explained what was wrong, why to door wouldn't open and how to do preventive lubrication in the future to keep it working properly. There was no attempt to sell replacement parts as a cautionary move or upsell the service. I was called prior to arrival to give me the approximate time and service was puctional and within 2 days of my initial call. I would definitley use them again.

It was fine. Part of the deal included Key less Entry, but the provider couldn't get that to work. Both of us contacted Angie's List and was told to request a full refund. Everything went smoothly and was finished quickly. I asked at the end for a touch pad to be added, and it was completed and set up before he left.

They did a great job and it actually turned out to be less money than anticipated.
