+ -1 moreEverything was done exactly as planned. I couldn't be happier. They also came back later and installed a wireless remote for our kids to get in and out with ease - the one that mounts onto the house - they did this at no charge! The main reason I am taking the time to write this review is because of how they treated my mother. Her overhead door was messed up and we also had snow. I called All About Garage Doors at 12:00pm and told them about my mom and that she was scared to not be able to close her door as she lives alone. They were there by 5:00...THE SAME DAY...to fix her door. She was thrilled and they now have 2 customers for life.
Description of Work: Serviced 2 overhead doors that are 19 years old - replaced rollers and some other things. They are so quiet now!

They were there by 5:00...THE SAME DAY...to fix her door. She was thrilled and they now have 2 customers for life. For my home - the original service that was done - everything was done exactly as planned. I couldn't be happier. They also came back later and installed a wireless remote for our kids to get in and out with ease AND fixed a panel that was bent as a result of our child trying to get into the garage - they did this at no charge!

He asked me a few pertinent questions about my garage and explained what he would be doing. I asked him about a couple of other services that I was interested in that were not a part of the big deal package. William thoroughly answered my questions about the additional services. The prices were reasonable for what I wanted and he was prepared to provide both of the services within the same visit without me having to schedule a separate appointment. William was done with everything I needed within an hour and I was very pleased with the services that he provided. He remained very professional and courteous throughout the appointment time.

He took the time to explain how the door works and how to care for it myself (this is my first home with a garage). He asked if he could leave a sticker with his company's contact info over the inside garage door switch. I really appreciated this gesture for both asking (not assuming) if he could leave it, and now I know if there is any problem, his contact info is close by. I will definitely use All About Garage Doors again. Highly recommend.
Description of Work: He cleaned and lubricated all of the joints and other moving parts of the door and established that my old garage door opener was the problem, not the garage door itself. He also spent some time showing me how to do regular maintenance on the door myself.

Scheduling was easy through our Angie's list message/mailbox. They showed up on time and afterward the garage door was as quiet as new. We were very pleased that the employee explained information about garage door maintenance and care. He even replaced 10 rollers in the door with a better quality and it is so much quieter than prior to the work being performed. I explained the issue and it was fixed immediately. He traded me two new "eyes" for the keypad. I was very satisfied.

Description of Work: We had yet another garage door repairman in to fix a garage door that wasn't always opening and closing with remotes. It also started to make a horrible noise when it did work. I became so frustrated with the work and amount of money I was paying for quick fixes that I joined Angie's list and found All About Garage Doors. William and his team were prompt in contacting me to set up our appointment. We had inclement weather in the meantime and they were quick to reschedule. As it turned out, the day he arrived he called to say he could come earlier. He was there, when he said he would be, he fixed all our issues, and taught me how to treat the rollers and connections...where they were and with what type of product. He was very professional and very nice. I told him I would refer him to all my neighbors and I have! My realtor has his information. We all need to know who we can trust to do the work for a fair price!
