Returned call prompty. Did not have time the day of initial call to do complete job but offered to fix the valve that day (Friday) and have the toilet purchased and installed on Monday.

They did a great job and would use them again.

It went great. They were on time, stayed from morning till early afternoon and accomplished everything they were asked to do. It was money well spent. Now, months later, everything still works just fine.

I am in the process of renovating a master bathroom. I am doing the carpentry and tile work myself, but decided to go with a pro for the plumbing work. I selected Lester after reviewing his AL ratings. The work was completed over two days, due to my schedule restrictions. Lester was very flexible in accomodating my work schedule.

Lester's Plumbing exceeded my expectations. Lester was courteous, punctual & did a great job. He even provided suggestions to same me money. I will definitely use again.

This is the 3rd or Th time we've used this company for plumbing work and we are extremely pleased, yet again. Lester's son came to the house to perform the work and he was extremely professional and courteous. He pretty quickly diagnosed our problem as being an incorrectly installed (and now malformed) part. He picked up a new part and installed it properly and now the leak is no more.

Lester was punctual, professional and very pleasant to work with. I appreciated the opinion he offered to an odor that I have not bean able to resolve in the shower.

The work went well and the shower works now. I asked for an estimate on the cost of the plumbing remodel while he was here. He gave me one that was over twice as much as everyone else's. He obviously was not interested in that kind of work.

I called Lester in the morning & he was here within 2 hours. The leak could have been repaired, but since I use the faucet so often, I chose to have it replaced instead. The faucet is loose when I turn it on & off & was not securely tightened when bolted. He explained that there was a coupling in there that would keep it from being too tight. I felt confident and satisfied with the service that he did. I was impressed with his professionalism in handling my concerns and have already made plans to use him again. It was important to him that I was pleased with his work.

He was critical of installation and quality of sink. The faucet drain did not fit perfectly into plumbing so he had to rig something to make it work, which it does. The lever that opens and closes drain is not long enough. He made it clear that he doubted I could find faucets to fit sink properly so this drain closer would work. Since faucets worked, I told him I'd deal with fixing drain to close after the first of the year. I called Faucet Manufacturer and he told me to go to plumbing store to find a drain closer extender and it should work, which it did. I was surprised that Lester did not seem to know of this.

Lester did an excellent job for us. He quickly fixed the loose plumbing fixture and found and fixed the drain stop issue as well. This is our 2nd time using him and he was just as professional and prompt this time as he was the last time. I would highly recommend him.

He was on time (early actually), very professional, easy to deal with, and very reasonably priced. I would definitely use him again.

HE WAS JUST EXCELLENT WITH THE PLUMBING. HE DID WHAT HE SAID HE WOULD AND STUCK BY THE PRICE THAT HE QUOTED ME. HE IS REALLY FRIENDLY AND EASY TO TALK TO. I ENJOYED THE TIME HE WAS AT THE HOUSE.

HE IS VERY GOOD. WE HAVE USED HIM SEVERAL OTHER TIMES AND HE IS ALWAYS ABLE TO MAKE IT OVER VERY PROMPTLY. WE'RE JUST VERY HAPPY WITH EVERY TYPE OF WORK THAT HE HAS DONE FOR US.

HE IS VERY PROMPT, NEAT, AND CLEAN. HE HAS DONE A FAIR AMOUNT OF WORK FOR ME OVER THE PAST TWENTY YEARS. I FEEL THAT HE ALWAYS CHARGES A FAIR PRICE FOR HIS WORK AND THAT HE IS VERY HONEST.
