He worked slowly and steady apologized for taking so long. My refrigerator stopped working he showed me that the compressor was fine. it was the fan needed to be cleaned. "These technician is assigned to diagnose refrigerator ice maker issue. He came in other day to diagnose the issue. "Dave’s has been excellent to work with. We have been having trouble with our ice maker on and off for some time. Dave’s initially came out and made a repair which fixed the problem briefly, but we started having trouble again within about 4-6 weeks. They came out again at no charge to fix that problem. We had to have them back several other times since then, and we have only been charged for new parts that were replaced (unrelated to the initial part). They have stood behind their work, and have been very good to work with. They are also very friendly and professional. They have been very responsive, accommodating, and are punctual."

"I ordered a part from this company for my dryer. They claim: 2 Day Quick Delivery! 365 Day Return Policy! Free Tech Support! I returned the unused part in their own packaging and they refused to provide a refund! Apparently, there's some hidden small print in their return policy that if you open the box and touch the product, that item is no longer eligible for a refund. They claim that the part showed signs of installation such as scuff marks. I asked for the part to be sent back to me for inspection by other professionals, but they refused because they disposed of the part. I've never encountered with such a scam company as this one and advise all to stay away from their misleadings! Good luck trying to get a refund from them, you're not getting one."
