Alem LLC

Alem LLC installed ventilator on my roof for exhaust fan in my bathroom. He did a sloppy job which caused a leak in my bathroom and the room next to it. He came after a month of calling to see the issue and denied his installing had anything to do with leak. I had to hire someone else to fix the mess he made because he did put a sealant on the ventilator and the shingles, he used to replace my shingles with was not the same and too large for the area. Since the repairs were on the roof, I could not see what he did. The pictures he provided was the original one not showing the shingles he used, and not the from leak I had. The person I hired to fix the issue provided before and after pictures so I could see the difference. for all the money I paid him, he is a liar and a sloppy worker.

Previous worker botched the job to assemble 10x12 shed kit-leaving much to repair and replace. Alem is one of the most professional workers I have met. He and his crew got the job finished in about 3-4 days. I was so amazed at the finish product that I paid additional for his hard work. I am very pleased with the outcome.

Had water leaking in the top frame of a second story window from a rain storm. Alem called within 2 minutes of me putting in the Angi's list request and was at my house within the hour and able to fix the leak before the rain picked back up again. The next company that replied said it would be 1 week to get someone out for an estimate so thanks to Alem for getting it fixed before further damage happened.

I originally called for closet door repair, which went perfectly. As he was leaving I asked about the possible repair of an outside pole repair on my front porch. He was also able to fix that in the same visit. I was very pleased and will definitely be using his business for future repairs.

Assured me he would be on time and available to meet me for a job and instead of letting me know he couldn't make it and negotiating another date to meet, he hasn't made any effort or contact to reach out. Wouldn't recommend work.

From the start to end, they explained to me each step and also advised me the best location to mount my Tv. They gave me warranty too. All my family are enjoying it with out any issue.
