⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had a Hague filtration system installed in my home by NC Water Consultants, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. A colleague recommended them, and they didn't disappoint. From the very start, their responsiveness was impressive, providing a detailed estimate that left no room for confusion. Their pricing was competitive, and the installation process was smooth and efficient. The entire home system was up and running within a few hours, and the installers displayed professionalism and expertise throughout. What I appreciate most is the quality of the filtration system. The water tastes great, and it's a relief knowing we're no longer exposed to harsh chemicals, heavy metals, PFAs or chlorine through our showers or drinking water. Their customer service was outstanding, offering support from the initial contact right through to a post-installation follow-up. I had a minor concern about the system's noise on the first night, and they were incredibly responsive, sending someone out to adjust it within a few days. In conclusion, NC Water Consultants delivered on their promise, providing a top-notch filtration system installation and excellent service from start to finish. We had our new water filter and treatment system installed by North Carolina Water Consultants several weeks ago and cannot be happier. This is our fourth water system installed over the thirty years that we have lived in this house. This is the first one that we are happy with, and that is doing the job! Eddie and his team are extremely knowledgeable and professional. When they came out to assess our water situation, they explained with confidence what our problems are, and what solutions would take care of them. We can see such a difference in the clarity and taste of our drinking water. The toilets and sinks are so much easier to clean and are sparkling after being cleaned, not orange! Our clothes are not dingy or tinged after being washed. Our skin and hair are softer and smoother just from bathing in this newly treated and filtered water. It is amazing! We could not be happier with the assessment, the process of installation, the follow-up and the outcome. Knowing that our system will be maintained by those in whom we now trust so much gives much peace of mind that clean, clear, healthy water is finally ours for years to come! We had the team from North Carolina Water Consultants install a filtration and reverse osmosis system for us this week. Eddie's initial presentation and analysis of the chemistry of our water was excellent and the team that did the installation was professional, courteous and have a terrific overview of the mechanics of the system and safety features.

It's been one week since we had NCWC conduct an installation of a new water system in our house, and the results are nothing short of incredible. Our water tastes fantastic; we no longer have residue on our dishes (dishwater); our clothes are cleaner/brighter/softer; and the list goes on. The installation team was courteous and very informative. They took the time to answer every question and provide thorough explanations. Every recommendation they offered turned out to be spot on, particularly in hindsight. Can't recommend them enough.

We started having issues with our well water after 8 years. Eddie thought maybe all the new construction next door and nearby might have caused our well to get a nasty smell and mineral deposits. NC Water Consultants came out, installed a whole house filtration system, hooked up the ice maker line and a reverse Osmosis Faucet. NO MORE nasty smelling water, and we arent' afraid to drink from our well. We didn't want to take ANY chances with us or are kids and grandson drinking nasty, contaminated water. Highly recommend. Eddie and this company are truly an exceptional operation. The owner, himself, comes to your house, brings all of the testing equipment, fully tests your water in front of you proving your water issues whatever they may be, and spends ample time explaining what exactly the tests reveal and what equipment will remedy it. He goes through what equipment company he uses and why, with statistics and history. There is no pressure to buy whatsoever, partly because the water test results, the equipment to resolve the issues, and the health benefits speak for themselves. I didn’t have to deliberate much when deciding to proceed with the installation of the equipment. Also, the installation team was very impressive. They were efficient, explained everything well, and seemed very good at what they do. Water is so integral in our lives, and greatly affects our overall health, especially after seeing what harmful ingredients are present in it. We drink it, cook with it, and bathe in it every day. It touches every cell in our body, so I felt like this was an area of health I really wanted to take action on. I think this company makes that possible.

We purchased a home last year that has well water. It had an old water system, but we were curious about what issues the water had. We had the well water tested independently. The hard water also has very high levels of arsenic, manganese, and other concerning impurities. We contacted Eddie with North Carolina Water Consultants. NCWC installed the Hague WaterMax Ultimate Well Water Treatment System, the Ozone System, the Whole House Ultimate Ultra-Violet Disinfection System, and two RO faucets. The result is that we have gone from water we couldn’t drink (we were buying water from the grocery store) to water that is safe to drink, tastes great, and is easy on our appliances and plumbing. Eddie and his team could not have been more friendly and responsive. We highly recommend NCWC.

We built a new home in Iredell County with well water. We have always been on city water and were very concerned about the iron, manganese, and other impurities in our water, and the effect of the well water on our new appliances. We consulted with three different companies, including Eddie with NC Water Consultants. We also found out our builder and one of his project managers (who live in the same community) selected NC Water Consultants. Eddie explained everything and answered our many questions. Eddie is licensed to not just install a water treatment system but is a fully licensed plumber. We purchased/installed the Hague WaterMAX system with Reverse Osmosis. The system works GREAT! We had the Reverse Osmosis connected to the water dispense in our refrigerator and added a faucet to our sink. It is the best water I have ever had, and I don’t like water!

North Carolina Water Consultants have been wonderful to work with and we absolutely love our Hague Quality Water System. We live in a neighborhood with a community well and were searching for a water softener when we had the good fortune of connecting with NC Water Consultants. We had a wonderful experience with NC water consultants from the very beginning when Eddie came out and tested our water, to post installation and maintenance! Eddie was extremely knowledgeable and detected high levels of manganese (cancer causing and associated with Parkinson’s) and recommended the perfect system for our individual needs. During a follow up visit, he noticed that we had opted out of having the RO system hooked up to our kitchen sink, but rather just to our refrigerator and explained the benefits of having a RO faucet for cooking as well. Not only did he offer to come back out free of charge, but offered to install a new kitchen faucet that we had purchased to match the RO faucet. NC Water Consultants has been amazing to work with and does a fantastic job following up with our bi-annual maintenance and service. I would highly recommend them to everyone!

North Carolina Water Consultants: Eddie Bonge, the owner came to the house, completed an on-site water analysis and then prescribed a mix of mediums that would be best to solve our water issues and concerns. He explained in detail the functions of each piece of equipment he was proposing and what “problems” it would resolve. We decided to purchase the equipment Eddie proposed and we are very pleased with the new system and the installation. I told Eddie I was very particular when it came to maintaining a neat and organized installation and the installation crew did not disappoint. Nc water consultants is a company that is all about service and pride of workmanship. The customer is at the center of everything that they do. They make sure that the install of filtration/osmosis systems are completed to the highest standard. So much so that during my new home build they came out during the framing, during construction, and at the final close out in order to make sure the system (and the plumbing done by others) would be planned for properly and our new filtration system was ready to install accurately, when construction was complete. Eddie and the entire company is highly knowledgable and stay committed to the best install with the best equipment. Everything is done right - always.
