Words can not describe how happy my wife and I are with our new Hague water conditioning system. We had a new house built just last year and our well water was ruining our appliances and fixtures. Eddie was very quick to respond to my request for a water test and system estimate. My first impression was WOW, this guy is really here to help me solve my water issues and did not come to my house to try and sell me something. Eddie was very professional and provided me with a thorough analysis of my water conditions. Out of all of the companies that I had come to my house to test my water, Eddie was the only one that provided me with comprehensive written results. It turns out that we had excessively hard water along with some heavy metals and a high level of total dissolved solids in our well water. I knew right away that Eddie was the one who I wanted to fix my water issues and he fit me into his schedule just four days later. Eddie and his son showed up on time and did an exceptional job on the system installation. While in my basement, Eddie noticed that I had some leaking fittings on my tankless water heater which were caused by the hard water. He fixed these with no additional charges to me. It has been a couple of weeks now since we have had the system installed and my wife and I could not be happier. We no longer have any calcium buildup on our faucets and appliances, our skin and hair feel so much better after a shower, and the drinking water and ice tastes great and looks totally different. The water pressure throughout the house is wonderful too. These guys do tremendous work and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a top notch water conditioning system. The Hague product line is also a huge step above the other systems out there on the market.

Response to a telephone inquiry was w/n a few hours. A comprehensive assessment of the water was provided. The company representative was professional in dress and behavior. A thorough explanation of what needed to be done was provided and cost delineated. Installation was completed on schedule and neatly done. Cost was as agreed. A follow call was received to assure satisfaction as was a very nice thank you card personalized to the installation. I am completely satisfied and the system has been working as anticipated.

Our well water was horrible. After testing the water, and making a recommendation based on our needs, Eddie and his son removed the old system completely, cleaned everything up and installed an entirely new Hague system which included a new filtration system, water softener, UV system and reverse osmosis system. Eddie went over the entire system and told us what to expect. We could not have received any better service. Our water is amazing. Thanks guys!

Great. Very good service from start to finish. They even came back out for free to troubleshoot & fix a minor instant hot water issue caused by the new installation. Definitely satisfied with the service delivered & products provided so far.

WOW!!! My wife and I have been in our home just shy of two years. Our biggest complaint was the quality of our water. Our toilets, showers and sinks would get a black fungus just a few days after a very good cleaning. Our house is a new home. I contacted the York county water company. They tested our water and said it was safe. They also said the fungus was safe, right! You know those companies that tape a bottle to your mail box. We had them test our water. They came by the house and tried to sell us a $6000 water softening system (no reverse osmosis for drinking). It was the older system also. We like to go to the local home and garden shows. Mostly to see what is new on the market and to fill a bag with free stuff. We stopped at the booth for NC Water Consultants. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and NOT pushy. We were told about the pricing and the current special, if we scheduled an in home inspection and purchase within so many days. We felt very comfortable doing so. After the inspection I felt the need to have the system installed. I was disgusted with what lived in our water and could not believe the city felt it was safe. Eddie and his son arrived at my home with all the needed equipment and went to work right away. Eddie explained things in detail about how the system works and what to expect. It has been nearly two weeks and the system has exceeded my expectations. I am one of those guys that pours good milk down the drain because of the expiration date. My wife complains that I won't use a bath towel more than twice and that I used way too much soap and cleaning products. We have a teak wood shelf in our shower. After a few days of cleaning the wood turns black from fungus and would feel slimy from soap film, the toilets got black rings, the shower door always had water spots and the dish washer would always have dried soap (would not completely dissolve). The dished also had water spots. I would hang a bath towel to dry after my shower, the next day it smelled musty. The morning of installation I thoroughly cleaned the shower and door, teak wood, toilets and the dishwasher (less than a year old). I told my wife not to clean anything so I could see if the money was worth it. I wanted to see if the fungus problem, water spots and smell in the towels would return. We have had the system for twelve days. No spots on the shower, the dishwasher looks like the day we bought it. I used the same towel for a week, though it still smelled fresh I went ahead and washed it. My coffee tastes like Star Bucks. Most important the black fungus is gone! We use a quarter cup laundry soap, a few drops of dishwasher soap and a few drops of shampoo. I feel healthier and cleaner. Not everyone can afford a water softening system, but if you can you are a fool for not purchasing it! Thanks Eddie I will recommend you to my friends and family!

They serviced my Hague water system. They know what they are doing and do a good job! They also clean up after themselves.

They were good, and there was nothing wrong with them. I decided against putting in the water softener, so I did not use them. I would consider contacting them again in the future.

I also used them in November 2010. They installed a complete water system for us and have been maintaining it to make sure that we don't mess up. They charged us the maintenance fee that I do not recall but their price was reasonable. I don't think that there was anything that they could have done better. They would clean out what they think might be a problem and would fix it. They showed up on time and they were very easy to work with. They might be a little pricey but they are excellent in terms of their quality. You get what you pay. They will continue to maintain our system for us because it is extremely complicated and we want to make sure that it runs right.

We met NC Water Treatment at a trade show through Eddie Bonge's wife Debbie. Eddie then came to our house, tested the water and recommended a system. We liked what he said, however, waited almost a year until we remodeled the kitchen to install their recommendations. Eddie remembered us, and installed the system per the original agreement, working with us and our schedule of remodeling. This meant he had to make some extra trips to complete the installation, which he and his son Shane did without question. From start to finish the job has been first class and we could not have asked for more professional and better service. The location of our RO facuet was not ideal, but Eddie worked for several extras hours to install it where we wanted it, so we would be pleased. All of his equipment and parts (i.e. cutoff valuves, tubing, etc.) have been top notch - no cutting corners here. During the installation, if Eddie saw something that needed doing - even though not part of his installation - he fixed it at no additional charge. For example he found a slightly leaking plumbing fitting while under our house and replaced it without charge. Follow-up from his wife has been very good. The whole experience has been extremely positive, and by the way, the water is GREAT!

Eddie the owner came to our home to evaluate our water and spent a substantial amount of time testing our well water and in the process educating us on the dangers and long term problems for a variety of conditions. He was extremely professional and quite passionate about good quality water. He gave us a quote based on the type of water problems we had in our house, which determined the cost of the specific equipment needed to do the job. Our neighbor had recommended him and when I found that he was also in Angie's list, that encouraged me to place the call. He and his son came on the appointed date and time and spent the entire day setting up our system of water softening and reverse osmosis system for our drinking water. They did their work with minimal disruption, were extremely clean and made sure that we were aware of the critical steps that were being taken during the installation process. After the system was installed, Eddie gave us a thorough walk through of the system. Re-educated us again and made sure that before he left t we felt comfortable with everything. The system is beautiful and so well built, the quality is something that not only noted in writing but in the actual units. It's so solid and installation was impeccable. I can't say enough good things so far about this experience. Our drinking water is better than the best bottle water I've ever tasted, crisp and clean. As for the soft water that now flows through our home, it’s amazing. No more soap scum, clean aquariums and look forward to the pipes healing from all the hard water abuse! After the installation was done on that following Monday, I received a follow up call from Debbie inquiring if the system was working fine and to get our opinion on the system up to that point. She advised that in a few weeks time she would call to schedule Eddie in to come back to recheck the system and readjust the PH levels. We shortly after this call received a personal thank you card from the company with a picture that they had taken of our house and of the newly installed system. That's customer service!

Eddie and his son were very professional and punctual. We bought a house built in 1988 , not used much in the last 3 years. The family had taken the water softener off the system the prior March and there was sediment in all the faucets and tubs. Eddie analyzed our problem and set up a complicated system that works great.
