If your first reaction is " why so much?", please read this. I thought I would be getting a great quality water softener system in the $2-3,000 range. Eddie came out to test our water and talk with us about the quality of water. He conducted about a dozen different tests showing that indeed the water was very hard (but we knew that). While the rest of the tests showed good quality water, we decided to make an investment in our water. For us, the reason was very simply " peace of mind". Whether it's well water or municipal water, you turn on the tap for drinking water and what do you get? We really don't know from one day to the next. You hear news reports about water supplies that get polluted. And, unless there's a really foul odor or taste, you don't know if it's in your water. I'm not a doomsayer and rarely scared about the things I can't see, but as I get older, I try to do good things for my health. I watch what I eat, so why not what I drink? I look at this as a 10 year investment that, including consumables, will cost me about $3-4 dollars per day. For me, it's worth the peace of mind. Can't say enough good about the company. Office staff is courteous and on top of everything going on. Eddie and his crew were as professional as they come. Methodical, clean, and no cutting corners. Even if you told me I could get the same equipment for a little less, I highly doubt I would have received the same quality installation. It's been 2 weeks now and the change is very noticeable.

The crew who installed the new water system was on time and ready to work. They took down and hauled away my old water softner and the reverse osmosis system that was poorly installed by the previous home owner. They made sure all the plumbing and electrical was up to standard. Also, they installed a new faucet in my kitchen that delivers really good water. They cleaned everything up before they left and treated the entire job like they it was taking place in their own home. I would highly recommend NC Water Consultants to my neighbors and friends. It makes me happy to know my water is healthy to use and consume.

The entire installation went very smoothly. Eddie Bonge is professional and very knowledgeable. They installed the system so neatly and cleanly, securing it our basement wall. Replacing plumbing pipes where it was needed. They cleaned up everything and removed the old system to dispose of it for us. The reverse osmosis water system is great! Water tastes great! Its a good feeling to know the water you are cooking with and drinking is clean! We are completely satisfied with the work and our new system! Eddie is so friendly and easy to deal with!

They arrived on time. Put down protection for the home (wood floors, etc). The reverse osmosis system was primed before they showed up, which made things quick and smooth. They made sure everything was working before they left, and they even cleaned up the house before the left. Everything went perfect. Out of all of my years of hiring service professionals, this is the only company I've been willing to leave such a glowing review for.

It went Great, I emptied the bottom cabinets in the kitchen for the water hose to run to the refrigerator so it also has good water going to it. Eddie came in and installed that in about 1-1/2 to 2 hours, then cleaned up his things in the kitchen. The next step he went to the garage to set up the big unit. Eddie did an expellant job on the little space he had to work with. After He and his assistant were finished they cleaned up everything. Eddie then explained how it all work, where the shut off valves are and how to route the water when I am watering the our side, so I am not using up my good water for the yard. When to add more salt in the container holding the salt, and also that he will be back in 6 months for the checkup. I love my new unit and am very pleased with the service. Thank you

It went great. The were very professional in all that they did. The install was very timely and they worked with me to make sure I understood the system. Very easy to work with. The water has been great since the install. We have used them with a prior filter and they stay in constant contact to make sure all is well.

They do a great job. On time, very organized and very responsive. If you are in the market for a water system you owe them a call.

Had been having issues with large amounts of sediment in our water which originates from a community well. Found out about NC Water Consultants from Angies List and decided to give them a call. Scheduled an appt for Eddie to come out to our home to test our water and do a few demonstrations to show how truly disgusting our water was. After the demonstrations, we immediately stopped drinking our tap water and purchased bottled water which we lived off of for weeks until our new system was installed. On the day of the install, the guys showed up when they said they would. They always wore booties over their shoes when in our home. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable. The price of the system seemed a bit much but we felt like Eddie's expertise along with the Hague 25 yr warranty offset this concern. Eddie's crew also comes to your home every six months (for a fee) to inspect the system, change filters, etc... We've only had the system for a few days and are, so far, happy with the results.

Eddie and his crew were prompt, very professional and did absolutely first rate work. The old equipment was in a crawl space but the new is in the basement which is much better for me. Relocating the equipment required considerable re-plumbing, which was done very cleanly and professionally. When the plumber finished in the crawlspace. It was actually cleaner than when he started first-rate as well. Needless to say I am very pleased with all the work they did. The new equipment seems to be much quieter than the old. And of course this is a big plus. Having equipment in the basement where is readily accessible is a boon for me so that I can keep an eye on it and when it needs to be serviced, or the brine tank filled. It's right there.

They came out and id a comprehensive water test showing us what our water quality was -- we were horrified and decided to use their service for a nice water system which drastically improve our water quality and allowed us to have awesome drinking water

Our water contained excessive granite dust and numerous other contaminates. My wife would clean the toilet bowls and within 1 week, a black ring would appear. The filter in our shower head would stop up after 2 weeks. The granite counter tops and sinks were allways stained. The filter at the well was totally clogged up with the black dust. On November 5th, 2014, NC Water Consultants installed a Hague Water Treatment System. We now have clean water! The water taste great, looks and feels clean. We no longer buy the 5 gallon jugs of water for drinking and cooking. We gave away our water cooler. We no longer have to purchase filters for the refrigerator or shower heads. The NC Water Consultants Team was great to work with. Their work was neat and professional. They followed up several days after the installation to make sure everything was working as promised. Thanks to NC Water Consultants for a job well done!

Eddie Bonge and his team at NC Water Consultants delivered exactly what they advertised. The entire experience ? from the initial meeting, the day of installation, and the follow up ? was positive & professional. They even left the area cleaner than they found it! We noticed an immediate change in the taste, feel, and smell of our water. We've had the system 6 weeks, and we are very pleased.

They called to give arrival time and arrived on time. They gave advice and estimate. Laid mats on floor where they were working. Advised and left. Returned to do the job and again took great pains to not harm floors and cabinets. Removed old system and took it with them. Relocated new system to garage (on their advice) checked out system, explained and demonstrated it all to us, and took pictures so we would have reference This project was done timely and cleanly. A great team to work with.

Great, they serviced the existing water softener system and a new R.D. drinking water system. We received a Thank you card from the company afterwards which was also a nice touch.

Excellent from start to finish. Performed in-house water testing 3 weeks prior to installation due to chronic black staining in toilets and sinks. Tests determined that community well water system exhibited extreme hardness and high levels of chlorine, dirt and sediment. We recently moved to Mooresville, NC from NH where we also had an RO system and water conditioning due to home well. After we made decision to install system, NC water consultants worked with us to schedule installation at our convenience. They were prompt, efficient, cleaned and removed all leftover debris, packaging materials etc, and took utmost care in performing work to assure that no damage was done to any existing furnishings/walls etc. Prior to leaving, they reviewed all working components with us in detail to ensure that we were informed regarding location of all equipment, filters, water turn-off valves, and requirements for maintenance and service. We received all manuals and warranty information in addition to a complete itemized billing. The owner/installers were knowledgeable, accommodating to our schedule and extremely pleasant. They did not rush us in any manner in making a decision and in leaving after installation until they were satisfied they we were pleased with equipment and installation. I would most certainly recommend NC Water Consultants and will continue to have them service our system as needed and perform routine maintenance.

The Owner of the company came with 2 helpers at the appointed time. Wore covers on shoes and put down protective covering for the floor. Installed the RO under the sink and a tap for the water at the top of the sink, then ran a line from there to our ice maker in the fridge.. Explained what and why he was doing everything. Answered our questions and then proceeded out side to install the main machinery to handle the entire house. When asked if he could bypass the line going to our gardens, "no problem" and it was done. They even put the salt bags where we wanted them and gave us instructions on when to check and add the salt. They left with all things put away and house as clean as when they came; Even gave me assorted cleaning materials to help get the old lime off and out of the existing faucets, bathtub, washing machine and shower. Full and clear instructions were given so we could understand the system and its' care. The next day we had a question regarding the ice maker, called and was put through to the owner and he told what to do to fix the problem.

We set up the date to have NC Water Consultants to come to my house and do an install. They were punctual, professional and extremely friendly. The installation of the Hague Quality Water System went extremely well. The consultant (Eddie Bonge) came to our home on 3/28/2014 to test our water and give us an estimate on a water system. Our well water system had served us well for years but I have always had hard water spots on everything from dishes, glasses, silverware to my sinks, bathtubs, and faucets. I recently bought new sinks and fixtures for our home and did not want the hard water spots on my new fixtures. I was talking to my friend about this and she told me about N.C. Water Consultants. I called and the consultant came to our house, performed tests on our water and made suggestions to solve our problem. He presented everything in detail and we agreed on a date for installation. On April 11, 2014, Eddie Bonge, himself, and his crew of professionals arrived at our home right on time and spent the day installing the new system. Mr. Bonge explained everything again in detail at the end of the day. He made sure we understood every part of the new system before he left. We have been very happy with this water system!! I no longer have water spots on my dishes, glasses, silverware, and especially not on my new fixtures. Our drinking water taste wonderful. My clothes come out of the washing machine much cleaner and surprisingly are lasting longer and do not look so "worn". I find myself using less detergent in both the washing machine and the dish washer. I do not use as much body wash or shampoo when bathing (an added plus). I love the feel of our water now. It feels so clean and soft. I am happy that our hard water problem has been solved. Eddie Bonge was very professional, straight forward (which I appreciate), very knowledgeable and honest. The men who helped install the water system were very courteous and professional. If I have any problems, all I have to do is call them and they will come to remedy the problem. Eddie's team was wonderful ! We were having issues with the quality of our water, even though a different company had installed a water softening system for us less than a year ago. Eddie came for a consulation, tested our water and explained the products he installs. His team removed the "old" (installed in the fall of 2013) system and installed the excellent system we now have. What an improvement!!! The new system is terrific. Our water is SO much better. We can tell the difference in all aspects...bathing, dishwashing, all around. A friend told us about N.C. Water Consultants a couple of years ago. We regret we didn't them first when we needed a water conditioning system. The team from N.C. Water Consultants was timely and very professional. They were well organized and did a fabulous job with a challenging situation. Additionally, they followed-up on the "check in" just as promised. I highly recommend this company and would use them again in future homes.

We were so impressed with the professionalism of this company. The initial consultation was professional, friendly and very educational. When we had our log home constructed we had a water filtration system installed. Unfortunately when it was time for maintenance and repair there was not one person that could help us in our area. Our family suffered with heavy sediment in our well water/ we went through two washing machines, three dishwashers, yellow laundry/ horrible showers and unhealthy water! Our prayers were answered when this fabulous company came to our rescue. It was an investment that was worth every penny. I wish we did this years ago. Our water tests as pure as the best bottled water. No more yellow clothes or dirty toilets!! We are so happy. This company rates an A++ in my book from the owner to the receptionist. I would recommend this company to everyone. Not only did they do a fabulous installation they scrubbed every toilet tank and left me with goodies that would remove the junk that was left in my clothes and on my tiles. We are 100% HAPPY!!!! I called and set an appointment for them to come out and advise what I would need to correct issues I perceived in my water, such as hard water and rock in the water. They showed up on time for the appointment and educated us on what issues we had and which ones we did not have. We decided to go with a system that would remove impurioties and soften the water. They also explained the difference between most water softners and their patented system. We set a date/time for them to perform the install. The showed up exactly when they said they would be there, were clean, professional and very courteous. The took the time to explain everythign they were doing and what I needed to do to keep the system in top shape between scheduled maintenance. I love the fact that not only do they install the system, but they perform the maintenance by calling you when it is time. I never had to "chase" this company, which is a relief as we had to do that in the past with contractors we have hired. This company is AAA and I have told all my friends about them and the quality of water we now have.

We have had a water quality issue in our home since it was built in 2006. We started to research water treatment options and found N C Water consultants of Mooresville, NC. They came to our home and analyzed our water, and recommended that we consider a Hague water conditioner and also a R O system for all drinking water. We purchased the system and they came and installed it in a very professional manner. They were very careful about not tracking in outside dirt and debris into the house. The installation is very precise and neat, no unnecessary holes or cuts in the walls or floor. They even wore booties over their shoes every time they entered the house. In our opinion N C Water Consultants and their employees are a very astute company. If you need help with your water quality issues contact these people! We now have excellent water quality. No more water spots or scum marks in pans or kettles or dishes. Even our ice maker in the refrigerator now makes clear ice cubes! Didn't know that was even a possibility before now! Also noticed less soaps and shampoos is needed since the water is soft. Good people, good product, good service!!! Use these guys if you need to fix your water!!!!

It went fantastic. I enjoyed working with Pat and Eddie a lot. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. The water and ice now taste great, and we couldn't be happier with the service and product overall.
