Six months after moving into my newly constructed home I began to detect a foul smell from my well water. After spending six weeks in denial it was no longer bearable. The smell of rotten eggs, dead animals and/or sulfur was so overwhelming that action had to be taken. The water was not drinkable, it was discoloring the finished on my plumbing fixtures, turning my clothes yellow and making the entire house stink. After testing Eddie determined that there was a significant amount of bacteria in the water that the cause of the issue. The team put a plan in place and scheduled a date to install the system. They showed up promptly and completed the job to schedule. The water is absolutely perfect now and I am thrilled with the results. Eddie and Debbie have been available to answer my questions and truly care about their clients. Their work is neat, tidy and looks like it was built with the house. Thanks to Eddie, Debbie and Team!

Ed ran the install. It went very well and organized. The team handled the request to hook up the sink and refrigerator to the Reverse Osmosis system.

We're building a house in Mooresville, NC and we're new to the area. We did a lot of research on water filtration and found Eddie Bonge to be the most experienced and knowledgeable person we met with. Because it took us a while to finish building the house, I asked for another meeting with Eddie, so my wife could hear what he had to say and he was more than willing to go through the details of what he was proposing, why, etc. I found he and his team to be very professional and responsive as we prepared for installation. On installation day, Kevin, Christian and Eddie arrived in logo'd shirts and pants, which you don't see very often. They installed the equipment as though it was their own house and delivered 8 bags of salt (which were also removed, without being asked), because we didn't have room for them in the garage, at the time. Overall, we had a very pleasant and positive experience.

It isn't often that I get an opportunity to strongly recommend a company. Since I can be a little picky, most of the time, I always seem to have a few areas where I think a contractor could have done a little better. Not so with North Carolina Water Consultants. They are, far and away, and in no uncertain terms the absolute best contractor/company I've ever worked with on a project. From start to finish Eddie and his crew are perfect. They are knowledgeable, efficient, clean, and most of all do the project right the first time. Eddie is a no pressure guy. He is honest and will state the facts up front and backs it up with research. After years of getting ripped off by "water treatment" companies, he is a much needed addition to the industry. At first I did pause at the price. My advice to anyone reading this review is don't hesitate. We noticed an instant and much needed increase in water quality. If you have the means it is completely worth the price. In my opinion no other water treatment company should be even considered.

Eddie and the entire team at NC water consultants were extremely professional. Eddie spent as much time as we needed to explain everything so we knew what and why we were buying the system we did. We were very impressed with their attention to detail during the installation. Very clean, straight line installation. The installers wore shoe covers and laid down carpet covers where needed. The water supplied to our neighborhood is borderline illegal (hardness levels beyond anything I have seen!). Neighbors without this system have water stain problems on all of their showers, dishes, and appliances that die in months rather than years. All of our dishes come our perfectly clean, the water tastes great and we have no issues with buildup in our showers.

They came out ahead of time and did water testing and gave me a clear estimate for the services and products I was getting. The day they came to do the work - the technicians were on time, polite and professional. I chose this company over 3 other companies - because of the customer service they promised. They did the work, cleaned up and explained each product they installed. They will return in one month to recheck everything, then every 6 months they will come and service the products they installed.

The sales pitch was clear and the estimates accurate. Installation went as planned on time.

What a pleasant experience from the initial phone call to the completion of the job. Eddie was very knowledgeable about water and The Hague system he uses and explained a lot to us. He guided us on the best choice for our home. He was honest and professional. He was reliable and puntctual and both he and his crew were very neat while working. Wouldn’t recommend any one else for this type of work.

All went smoothly from the initial consult to install which was only about a week after the consult. The install was completed in one day. Eddie and his team were very professional and courteous. They scoped out all areas on the initial consult to make sure no surprises on installation day. Eddie and his team went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. They protected my carpets and cleaned up all work areas when they were finished.

Our Hague system had a power outage for 5 days so NC Water advised the system be throughly evaluated for maximum performance. We so appreciate our Hague water system. We have well water and it was constantly clogging & low pressure issues requiring frequent filter changes. If anyone has water quality issues I highly recommend NC Water Consultants the results are well worth every dime!!!

Eddie came out within a couple of days and came right into the house to look at the toilets and test our water. No other plumber came to see the issue, they would just test the water and recommend a new softener. Eddie took his time to educate us on the problem and spent a couple of hours assessing our equipment. Turns out we have something called iron bacteria. Apparently not harmful, but seriously, who wants that?! He put together a proposal for a customized system based on the analysis of our water. What I liked most was that the Hague systems he uses are able to be modified over time as water conditions change. This is not your typical water softener, it is truly a water treatment system. I have to admit I was skeptical, and Eddie reminded me to be patient and promised me it would work. Eddie even cleaned my toilets! Two weeks have passed and the results in! I have not had to clean orange stains in my toilet since the treatment system was put in. Usually by now I'd have a thick layer of orange residue and stains. They look brand new. Eddie also put in a reverse osmosis drinking water system in my kitchen and even hooked up my refrigerator line to it. It's amazing and I feel so much better knowing my dog is drinking clean water. Although the system was more expensive that I had anticipated, I am pleased with the results so far. If this lasts me the next 25 years, it will have been well worth the expense. I can't thank the team enough. Extremely professional, clean, and thorough. The team Eddie has are top notch.

Eddie from North Carolina Water was referred to us from our son. We purchased a new home and needed to install a water filtration system. Eddie was knowledgeable and professional. His team of workers were all very knowledgeable and extremely professional. There work was so neat and clean. I am very excited about our new filtration system and I love the insta hot faucet, which gives me boiling water on demand. Would highly recommend North Carolina Water. Everyone should have a water filtration system for their heath and well being.

He's sincere in what he does and does not try to pressure you to buy in any way, which was greatly appreciated. His installation crew was very accommodating and polite. They were great. It was expensive. It was done at our residence. They really knocked it out of the park. There was about three that came to install it.

We contacted North Carolina water Consultants..... and Eddy came and ran a test on our water. Once we determined that we needed a filtering system. NCWC. was the way to go. Best equipment out there with science to back up the data. Installation went easy and staff was very professional. Eddy showed us how the equipment operates once installed. I was very impressed with all the equipment! It looked so heavy duty once installed. The feel of the water is supers soft. It has changed our laundry habits, using less products. Showers are a delight and water in our hot tub is heavenly! Call NCWC. you will not be disappointed!

The whole process went great. Eddie Bonge & his assistant were professional, neat and efficient. I was worried about our granite where a new faucet was put in. Eddie assured me it would be fine, and it was!

The owner, Eddie Bonge, came to our home for an initial water consultation. He was extremely thorough and had a very easy to understand demonstration to test the quality of our water. He also educated us on the benefits of the water treatment system and helped us to understand the equipment before we made our decision. The system that they installed is very low maintenance but absolutely the best in the industry. Eddie came to our home along with two gentleman the day of the install. They were professional, prompt, polite, clean and very efficient! Eddie also left us with products that would help remove the previous hard water stains on multiple surfaces (including the grout). I would highly recommend this company to anyone!! I am truly looking forward to finally having safe, healthy, clean water in my home for my family. Thank you again Eddie!!

This company is wonderful - from protecting our new home to cleaning up after themselves. The guys are the best!! Love the initial consult with all the science stuff of showing you exactly what's in your water and what needs to be done to make it better!! HIGHLY recommend - Eddie and Christian's are the best - super professional even with their head to toe uniforms - you know you are getting a wonderful company just by presentation - first impressions are very important!! Installed water softener, reverse osmosis and "life water" faucet in kitchen.

It went great. They did a clean and thorough job. The water tastes so good. The only problem is that now I'm spoiled and water anywhere else tastes like crap...even Zepherhills Spring Water. Not that I didn't trust their system did a good job, but we wanted to double check to make sure all toxins, etc were being filtered out. We had two samples sent out to an independent facility (tap water and RO drinking water). The tests were expensive but gave us piece of mind. They both came back with outstanding results. The water is as clean as expected.

Such a great experience! Eddie (owner) is very knowledgeable and provided valuable education on the poor quality of our water before offering products to meet our needs. He and his entire staff are very professional and friendly with a strong attention to detail. They got the job done right and on time. Although we hated to spend money on a whole house water system, it is like the roof on a house or tires on a car...very important investment. We can tell a big difference in the quality of our water.
