From presentation to installation to service, the folks at North Carolina couldn't have been more professional. They spent as much time as we required answering questions and presented us with a fair bid for the installation. The installation team showed up on time, efficiently installed the system, then spent as much time as we needed to explain the system and its operation. After a month or so of operation, they come back to ensure the system is operating properly. I strongly recommend this company should you need water consultation or filtration services.

We recently contracted North Carolina Water Consultants to install a comprehensive water treatment and softening solution in our Mooresville home. Having used many of their competitor’s units in the past in the different homes we have lived in, we were not aware of Hague products at all. Therefore, NCWC had their work cut out for them in convincing us that they were the best technical and economic choice for our water treatment needs. Boy did they rise to the occasion! It went very well. Eddie came out and explained in detail how the system worked and what they would do. When his installation crew arrived they were very courteous and prompt. They took care to protect the flooring, and cleaned up thoroughly when they were finished. Their workmanship was excellent. They explained in detail the components of the system and how they worked. On a pouring Friday evening North Carolina Water Consultants came to our rescue. The technician traveled from Mooresville to Waxhaw ( over 50 miles) , fixed our problem and restored our water service. We were thrilled! The company is reliable, caring and their customer service is beyond expectation.

a rare review for their customer. on January 2, 2019 after arriving home from the holidays, i turned on the house water only to discover a trickle from the faucets. the shifting of the water valve indicated a rush of water into the system which led me to think it may well be a clogged soft water system. i called North Carolina Water Consultants and explained to Eddie, the owner, the issue. we reviewed the procedures which were properly executed. in an instant, Eddie dispatched Christian, a tech, to address the issue. upon Christian's arrival, he troubleshot the system, closed the incoming water valve from the street, then, slowly opened that velvet our shock that no water was forth coming. During this process, my wife found attached to the front door a water shutoff notice. she called the water company, which had no idea why the water was shutoff relaying a zero balance in our auto pay account. shortly thereafter, a water works employee showed up at the house and turned on the water at the street. Christian completed his work and charged the system which then, worked normally. ironically, the waterworks employee was on vacation and a "fill in" employee turned off our water on Cape Cod Way vs. his assigned duty on a similarly sounding street. the water company employee apologized for this mistake, which apology was accepted. the issue, in fact, was not a North Carolina Water Consultants issue, but the Water Company issue. Notwithstanding, Eddie and company provided exemplary customer service irrespective of the reason. i have recommended North Carolina Water Company in the past and will eagerly to so in the future. thank you.

Mr. Bonge’s NC Water Consultant’s crew showed up and immediately and went to work. They praised Mr. Bonge for his training and support and how he furnishes them with the very best equipment to work with. They know he expects everything to be installed and done with perfection....later Mr. Bonge came out and checked on his employees to see how things were coming together. He came in and went over things with me about the system, assuring me they would always look after things and take care of me. I am 77 years old and needless to say I do not go under the house. I NOW have no worries, since I have a top of the line water filtration system, new water bladder, new plumbing under the house and they also did something inside the well cover. Mr. Bonge and his employees have gone above and beyond any expectations I had. I can tell and feel the water is now pure, clean, healthy, and amazingly good. I have always ironed all my clothes, but now they come out softer, cleaner, and wrinkle free….for me not to have to iron everything is amazing. They installed a faucet just for drinking and cooking water, plus the water going into my refrigerator and ice maker is now clean and pure. I know my husband in heaven is looking down and saying “atta girl” for getting this huge big bad situation taken care of.

We were shocked to learn what was in the water we were using, it went way beyond hard water. The first thing we noticed is the water had not taste and was refreshing and no more odor. Wow! What was I thinking?? I wanted to save money, not pay for services, didn’t want to be bothered by “filtered water” after all it’s only water. I have been a customer of Eddie & Debbie Bonge for over 20 yrs. About 5 yrs ago I decided to call it quits with NC Water Consultants. I let Debbie know I was disconnecting my water filter & RO (reverse osmosis) filters. I got my water tested through Raleigh via Lincoln County. It came back ok so the letter said. I was then satisfied with my decision to end my relationship with NC Water Consultants, & Eddie Bonge. I never had any reason to mistrust them it was purely a convenience & extra expense I thought to have the luxury of filtered water with an RO for my drinking water. Nothing that a refrigerator filter wouldn’t take care of. I bought a really nice KitchenAid refrig to ease my mind about the water I might be taking in. As the story goes I starting becoming very ill. My joints were aching. I had developed very bad arthritis. I started having inflammation at first in different areas of my body. Then all through out. My hair & nails became brittle. I was dry & itchy all the time. I didn’t put 2 & 2 together until my nice, not to very old refrigerator broke. WATER dispensing board went out. Clogged! Broken with no part available. $2000 for new one. I was being referred out to different dr’s to see if they could find anything wrong. I started seeing articles about inflammation & BAD water, and a number of other ailments. I knew at that moment I needed to re-connect my filters but I didn’t know how. There were a couple of water companies I could have called to save face with Debbie & Eddie but I knew Eddie Bonge was the only one I could trust to fix it. He (they) are so knowable what was I going to do to save face? No question in my mind I had to called Eddie @ NC Water Consultants to help me. Now it wasn’t a matter of just having good clean water but a matter of health! I called & Eddie was out to my house in a matter of days to re-connect my filter & get it up & running. I tried to act like I knew what I had done but it was bad. Eddie took a sample of my water & I was bathing, drinking sludge, high acidic water (think of acid rain on top of Mt Mitchell) That’s what I was putting in & on my body. My family, my dog. I was shocked & horrified that in 5 yrs I had gotten so sick due to “dirty water”. Within 24 hrs of Eddie from NC Water Consultants re-connected my filters I could tell the difference. My bathtub, shower & toilets. My skin wasn’t itching as bad (now it’s even better) my hair was not brittle, color was good, no mineral build up. My ice, my drinking water was pure again. I know this is a review & it might seem like a hype but I am here to tell you don’t skimp on “clean water”. With that said make sure you use one who is as knowable about the filter systems & the plumbing for your house. One who is bonded, licensed. Someone who knows how “bad”, “bad water” can be for someone. That would be only Eddie Bonge. I researched others due to feeling uncomfortable about having to call NC Water Consultants to help me BUT Eddie Bonge would be the only person I would call. Thank you NC Water Consultants for always having your customers, friends back. Don’t settle!!

Installation to remove iron bacteria, particles, calcium and soften water from my private well was completed today. I am pleased with their professionalism. Have not yet used the system but expect it to preform as promised.

North Carolina Water Consultants has been servicing our Hague water conditioner since we moved here two years ago. We have been very happy with their service, so when we decided to get additional water treatment systems, we did not bother to shop around. They arrived on time for the installation, took care not to make a mess, and carefully explained what we needed to know abut our new equipment. With the reverse osmosis and infrared systems, we are now comfortable drinking our treated well water. We definitely recommend North Carolina Water Consultants.
