Amazing! We are just finishing up the construction of a new home. We were so disappointed in almost everyone we dealt with for one reason or another. These guys blew our minds. They were professional, on time, did what they said they were going to do and were so considerate and polite. They covered their shoes without being asked and were quick and efficient. I can't say enough about this company. They weren't the cheapest, but I'll bet you won't find anyone better.

Chris, Kevin, and Christian were great. They work quickly and efficiently and were done in a couple of hours. Already noticing the difference the system is making. Great team.

Amazing Company! At first I thought here goes another water company trying to sell me. I learned very quickly just how different Eddie was from all the others who had come to test my water. I had a water softener system put in our house 5 years ago and it Never worked right, along with more than 8 service calls later. Eddie conducted test that no one else ever performed. He discussed the results and showed me what they had to offer me to correct my problems. He was never pushy like most sales people. On the day of installation I was truly amazed at how organized and detailed oriented his staff were. I recently had North Carolina Water Consultants install a whole house water treatment system in my home. Eddie came to my home and tested the water and recommended the products needed to have the highest quality of water possible. On the day of installation his crew, Christian, Chris & Kevin, arrived on time, explained what would be taking place during the installation and asked if I had any concerns or questions about the installation. After the installation was complete (which was much sooner than I had expected) they walked me through the entire system, explaining what each component of the system would be doing to insure the highest quality water. From the first contact with Eddie, through the final installation his entire team was courteous, professional and their attention to detail was above and beyond my expectations. I never realized the difference a water treatment system would make, now I have pure, clean water that is safe for drinking, cleaning, and total household use, and yes, I would highly recommend North Carolina Water Consultants!

Work went great. LNW was professional. neat, on-time and thorough. We are extremely satisfied. Their price was more than other systems, but boy-oh-boy did we get what we paid for. A very fair price for an excellent system and great service.

We had a filtration system installed in our old home, and I didn't realize how used to it we got. As soon we moved into our new home, we immediately realized the difference and could not go without it! There is a complete difference in water quality (smell, taste, laundry, bathing,..), and while I do feel it is pricey, I also feel like it is worth it. I felt like I was bathing our girls in a swimming pool! We went a week without the system, and filled up gallons of water from our RO at the old house to bring to the new house since the water smelled like dirt, and I couldn't bare to use it to cook or even give to our pets. I think the "standards" are too lax, and we literally use so much water in our every day life, it's incredibly important to our health. Happy with the system, can't live without it! Not to mention the team is really great to work with and accommodating!

From estimate to installation NC Water Consultants were super professional, punctual and high quality. Installed a new water softener and reverse osmosis water supply when my previous unit self destructed. Also repaired some related plumbing issues which the original installers had botched. Very impressed with their service and product, and would absolutely recommend them... and use them again.

First, the initial contact with Eddie was easy and informative; he's been doing this a while. He wasn't pushy. The technicians were early, organized and communicative and very nice. They protected our home during installation and cleaned up like nobody had been there. The products are high quality and come with a 25 year transferrable warranty.

Eddie and his team are professional and customer service oriented. Their knowledge and skills are excellent. They are neat and are very respectful of customers' homes and property. We will continue to use them for periodic service and recommend them to others. Further, each truck is fully equipped with the best tools for the job.

North Carolina Water Consultants installed a whole house water filtration system for our house. Our well water had a foul smell and it was cloudy. NC Water Consultants representative, Eddie, took time to explain the issues with our well water during the water testing process. As we live out of state, the installation was coordinated via emails and phone calls. The office personnel were professional and helpful. The filtration system installation was done within a day and the crew ensured everything was neat and clean. Eddie returned to demonstrate the differences in the water quality when we were back in town. The smell is gone, and I can feel the improvement when using our water now. NC Water Consultants was responsive and reliable throughout the entire process. I cannot be happier with the result. Thank you, NC Water Consultants, for the job well done.

Everyone was a pleasure working with. From Sales to installation this company was spot on with everything. Very professional from start to finish. They explained everything and left cleaning products to try. Never pushy. I took my first shower and boy what a difference. Now I drink, cook and shower without worrying about the quality of my community well water. You will notice the difference right away. If you have any doubts or fears this is the company to use with no regrets. They came highly recommended by several people and now I highly recommend them.

This company was very professional. Eddie came to our house to test our water. We came up with a plan of our needs & wants. Everyone explained everything that was being done & what the next steps were. They even fixed a plumbing error by the previous plumber! My husband and I have had our water treatment system for a little over a month now. We waited to give a review so that we could truly experience the quality of our new water. First off, Eddie and his team are FANTASTIC! Eddie came to our home & spent a few hours just testing and demonstrating, as well as, answering any questions and concerns we may have. He was wonderful! The day our new system was installed his team showed up on time, they were neat, clean, protected our new floors and property, very thorough and did a fantastic job of setting up and communicating. Eddie even showed up to say hello and make sure everything was going well and as planned/discussed. We also got a reverse osmosis system under our kitchen sink and the install was also neat/organized and any/all questions were answered. THE WATER IS AMAZING! Hands down best water I have ever had! It tastes like nothing and is incredible. No smell/odor, no rings or discoloration in bathtubs, sinks and toilets any longer. North Carolina Water Consultants are top notch. NC Water Consultants installed system a few days ago and we already notice the difference. The decision was put off for too long which means that the hard water has damaged faucets. Eddie gave us some schooling on water...shocking. Seamless install (1 day) the team made us feel comfortable with the new 'house jewelry'...however, they do come back to make sure you don't have any questions. We would highly recommend.

Excellent! We have had the system for six weeks and we have noticed we are using one bag of salt a month instead of four. Sinks, shower heads, toilets are a lot cleaner. We had a filter system installed under the sink for drinking water, cooking and ice. No more spots on dishes or the cars. It has been great!

Eddie has the knowledge required for water conditioning, product selection, and installation. I am very satisfied and he has a low cost maintenance plan. It is rare to find a company that gets all top ratings from me, top notch across the board!
