They were timely and efficient. I appreciated Eddie taking time before and after to explain why and how the equipment works. I have no previous experiences with owning a well so the detailed information was very appreciated.

Christian was the representative from the company who came to install our reverse Osmosis System. From the minute he stepped in the door he was polite and tidy with his install. Christian answered all my questions and even vacuumed behind my refrigerator. We have used North Carolina Water Consultants previously for the maintenance of our water softener system and would highly recommend this company for anyone looking to add a system to their home.

While building our new home we had a new well installed, and soon then had our water tested. After receiving the Biological Analysis Report and Inorganic Chemical Contaminants Report back from NCDPH, the results showed a few areas of concern. Recommended by a friend, we reached out to Eddie at North Carolina Water Consultants and set up a consultation. Eddie was prompt, very knowledgeable about our water concerns and answered all our questions from step 1 to finishing the job. After careful review, we scheduled North Carolina Water Consultants to install the Hague WaterMax System, along with a reverse osmosis system for all our drinking and/or cooking water access points in our kitchen, and for peace of mind, we had an arsenic removal system installed home-wide due to higher than normal levels detected in our water. North Carolina Water Consultants sent their team of Christian, Chris and Kevin to install our Hague WaterMax System. They were very polite, delivered quality work and were very informative answering all our questions during their install. The installation team showed excellent workmanship and cleaned up after, not a mess to be found. After our install, North Carolina Water System retested our water on two separate occasions, both showing excellent PH levels, a “feel good” level of water hardiness and most importantly was arsenic free. The excellent results we were hoping for, resolving all our water concerns! Rarely have we done on-line reviews, but their good work warranted it. We could not be more satisfied with Eddie and his team at North Carolina Water Consultants and would highly recommend them along with the Hague WaterMax system! -Tom and Kim

We got rid of the sulfur smell and the water tastes much better. It also got rid of the hard water spots on everything.

Eddie and his crew were excellent. They were on time, professional, and provided an excellent installation for the water filtration system. They were thorough in explaining the system and even performed additional (unexpected) work including digging a trench and attaching the brine water discharge to an existing external drain line. I look forward to working with them throughout the years as they maintain my system.

We had a system in our last home installed by NCWC. It was a no brainer to use them again. When we built a new home a top priority was to test the water. Our well gave us a different problem from our last home. This one had a list of heavy metals. We called North Carolina Water Consultants and they recommended a system that would not only take out the metal, it softens the water and after the light phase that kills bacteria and reverse osmosis phase the alkalinity is very high. This is good for you!!! They installed the system in less than a day. This water system is the latest in technology and knowhow. It did not cost as much as I would have expected. The owner, Eddie came out to run a check a short time after installation. It tested perfect. We think this is the best water ever and we are drinking more. After I shower My skin feels very soft and our clothes and dishes wash better and cleaner. These are excellent reasons to have a water system from NCWC. An extra reason that a lot people do not think about is the pluming issues that will happen if you have bad water. We have friends who had plumbing problems in the walls and at connections due to the iron and other impurities with their water. They were leaking everywhere. I no longer think about this. We have been a client for 12 years at 2 locations and are very happy with and recommend North Carolina Water Consultants for any water problem.

Eddie and his crews at NC Water Consultants put a whole home water system in my house one year ago. Since that time they have done an excellent job servicing the system and ensuring if I have any water related issues or plumbing needs they put me in contact with a trusted professional. Very professional. Work was done quickly with several guys. Came in and set up system, and done in a few hours. Left everything clean and neat. Love my water and love being able to drink water from kitchen, as opposed to buying bottled water and dragging home every week.

Our experience with North Carolina Water Consultants has been outstanding. We had a total household water treatment system installed for our home well water: Hague water softening system, UV sterilizer, and reverse osmosis. Working with Eddie Bonge, and the installation team, Chris, Christian, and Kevin, we were delighted with their technical knowledge, mechanical and plumbing skills, and professionalism. NCWC speaks to the relationship of quality home water with personal health and household cleaning efficiency. From a chemical engineer’s perspective, I was highly satisfied with Eddie’s chemistry knowledge and water quality test methods. Before deciding to go with NCWC, I had talked with three other potential water treatment providers, including water analysis through DHEC. I especially appreciated that Eddie informed us of not only treatment that we did need, but that which would be useless as well. Their follow up has been excellent. They respond fast to calls on system operation and general knowledge questions, and visited one month after installation for re-testing of water quality. We have had the water treatment system installed now for two months and are enjoying the change in our water quality – no more scale from calcium and magnesium deposits, excellent water taste, and the assurance that our well water is free of contaminants and bacteria. Eddie came out and tested water. After results, he gave his recommendations. Him and his crew were extremely knowledgeable and professional. Did everything in a day. Two weeks later Eddie came back out to check system to make sure everything was running smoothly. Great company and service!

WONDERFUL ~ we have well water, which we found things not to be as clean as it should or could be. With the system installed we can now drink the water from the sink, it was hard to adjust to after so many years drinking bottled water. Our skin and hair feel so much better too. The process was easy, the guys doing the installation were Very professional and amazing. The office gals were super nice and easy to work with too. Eddy, he’s cool too, straight and to the Point. WR ARE EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH OUR WATER SYSTEM. I highly recommend North Carolina Water Consultants.

After moving to the North Carolina area we struggled for over a year with our water. We called other water companies and still wasn't satisfied. It wasn't until we found North Carolina Water. We called and Eddie responded with in days. Ge sat down and talked with us, tested our water and we picked the best option for us. Within the week his guys Christian and Chris showed up to install our new system. The entire team was genuine and sincere. They were very professional and polite. Very knowledgeable on water systems. The water quality improvement was noticeable. We are on a well and the water was very hard before the installation of the system. Very glad we did it. It is an investment, however, the system is movable should we decide to relocate.

If you need a water system I would highly recommend North Carolina Water Consultants! We had hard water and decided after talking to Eddie to not only do the Water Softener, but to add the Reverse Osmosis system too. This system will pay for itself -just in what we spent in purchasing water every month to drink. WE no longer have to purchase water- our water taste great! Contractors of any sort should take notes from this group. They are professional, respect your home, and are experts at what they do. They wear booties when they step in your house and remove them as they step out. They are polite, answer any questions you have, and walk you through your system to make sure you understand it. I can't say enough about them!

The job went very well. The crew was timely and the work they did was very neat and tidy. The Owner, Eddie Bonge, is very knowledgeable and helped us to determine if the system was right for us. We are so glad that we did it. The water quality has changed so much.

Eddie's crew of 3 arrived as scheduled and completed the entire job in 1 day. Overall the job was done well and the crew was able to work around a few issues associated with my older home to complete the job. Water is now noticeable softer, don't see any additional hard water stains, use much less soap to lather up and water feels and smells good (no more chlorine smell). Reverse osmosis system installed in the kitchen and also routed to the refrigerator produces good tasting water and no more plastic water bottles needed. Seems like having this whole house water system installed was just in time as the Mooresville Patch had an article today about cancer-linked contaminants found in Mooresville's water and that water systems including charcoal filtering can help eliminate them. The whole house system is not inexpensive but considering how much hard water deposits were on my fixtures it should extend the life of my dishwasher, washer, hot water heater and faucets.

Each member of the North Carolina Water consultant team has been professional and courteous. Our first contact was to make an appointment with Eddie Bonge. His team provided us with safe water with the removal of hard water, bacteria and chemicals. They also installed a service that provides P.H. Balanced drinking water as well. Eddie returned to check the system and to make sure things were running smoothly. Customer service was very helpful, professional and responsive.

We are very pleased with the system. The contractor was professional and explained exactly what we purchased. Christian and his installation team did a clean and thorough job. We would recommend this company and would use them again.

North Carolina Water Consultants was called in to quote a complete redo on our water treatment system, but also to remedy an incorrect installation of a booster pump that the prior plumber installed (prior plumber – Ultimate Plumbing Mooresville). First the great job NCWC did; They came in and immediately understood what had been done and why it would fail as it did. They tested our water and showed us and explained its condition. They went on to explain why the system as installed was not adequate, nor correctly installed to even do what it was intended to do. They found that a booster pump, that was necessary because our builder (Grainda Builder) had undersized the pipes in our house and installed too small of a well pump (hp and Gpm flow), was installed on the wrong side of the softener system. This caused irreparable harm to the system in our less than 3-year-old home and required the complete redo of the system. We received the quote from NCWC and although it was a hard pill to swallow following all that had been spent with the previous plumber and the builder, we moved ahead. What a different experience from dealing with our past builder or past plumber. Professional, not condescending for what they thought we did not know. Fully explained where our water condition was and what was necessary to remedy it. No extras and what I mean by “no extras”, every part in the design was clearly explained and what its purpose and future maintenance would be. I took time to research NCWC’s claims and everything came back as explained. We could not be happier with the results. Water that is for food consumption has completely changed how things taste. Non consumption water is soft and leaves absolutely no residue on anything. We have an autofill on our pool that was pulling down pressure due to incorrect installation in the line. NCWC found an easy fix and even installed this at no charge because it was not difficult. Other plumber could not figure out how to fix this. Our pool now requires less chemicals as the PH has been corrected and for that I am extremely thankful! Now for the other plumber. Ultimate Plumbing is nothing short of unethical. They did shoddy work and never came back to prove the system they installed was even softening the water, much less was installed properly as to not cause the damage that was caused by their incorrect installation of the booster pump. It is apparent that UP is out of their lane in trying to install water softener or water treatment systems, but what is inexcusable is their total lack of concern when I tried to get them to come look at what had happened on the system they installed. They made up excuses that the owners were unavailable and never called us back to see if we had gotten the issue resolved. They knew they screwed us and were not interested in doing the right thing. My unequivocal advice is NEVER use Ultimate Plumbing for anything due to their ethics! I know this is buried in a review of North Carolina Water Consultants, but don’t suggest hiring Grainda Builders either for the same reason.

They guys were pleasant, professional, and did excellent work. A company that actually does what it says it is going to do, when they say they are going to do it. Should have done this sooner.
