From the moment Eddie Bonge stepped into my home for our first consult, I knew his was the company we would hire. Eddie spent a great deal of time explaining which system would be right for my home. He came again for a second consult, (as my husband was out of town for Eddie's first visit). Once again,, Eddie was professional, respectful, outgoing and informative. The following week, Eddie and his team showed up on time and Chris, Christian and Kevin installed my system. They were all professional, respectful and knowledgeable. Not only did they bring me 2 bags of samples of some wonderful all natural personal and household products made by Pure & Gentle, but they also went to all 4 of my toilets and cleaned them and removed the sediment buildup from the tanks. "People don't buy WHAT you do; They buy WHY YOU DO IT." My decision to go with Eddie(NCWC) was I understood his Why vs. the competitors. I spent a fare amount of time researching possible water solutions and systems before contacting individuals. I am not going to qualify my online research as me being an expert. I just felt a little prepared in discussing a water system we needed for the home. To be fare to some competitors; Covid-19 may have affected their presentation or consultation. However, Eddie was genuinely interested in selling my family the right water system, as well as thoroughly explaining options. Things I researched/discovered doing my initial research, Eddie touched on in his discussion. In my discussion with Eddie, there were things I was unaware. I followed up with more research online to vet some of the things Eddie explained during his consultation; they were accurate. They were more accurate than what some of the other companies said or mention. My decision was simple and straight forward due to Eddie honesty and passion. My decision to purchase our water system from Eddie was that it felt right and the right choice to hire the right person for your longterm water needs. There is a synergy with Eddie and his staff that is obvious and present. We have received nothing less than exceptional service and quality throughout the process. My wife and I are extremely happy with the water solution Eddie suggested for our home.

We are on well water which includes tons of metals and alkalinity. Oh boy! It was gross!!! We needed a solution and a Google Search along with rave reviews led us to North Carolina Water Consultants. We were not disappointed. Eddie and his crew completed the installation of our new water treatment system this last week. We absolutely love it! The quality of the system we received far exceeded the expectations and the installers were great. So far, the system has run perfectly with no hiccups. We are very glad that we chose North Carolina Water Consultants to solve our water issues!!

NC Water Consultants fixed ALL our water issues. We had previously hired someone to install a system to balance the PH of our water and help with iron and impurity issues. I we were left with less money and not-quite-good-enough water. We then discovered NC Water Consultants and they fixed ALL our water issues. We now have clear and perfectly balanced water. We love the new Reverse Osmosis faucet as well! Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and Christian only sold us what we needed. We highly recommend this business.

NC Water Consultants are terrific. The team was punctual, efficient, polite, did excellent work and cleaned up everything before they left the house. I would likely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a whole house water filtration system. My recommendation is to call them at the beginning of a new construction so they can determine a plan as to where and how to install the equipment. We installed the Ultimate Well Water Treatment system, the Ultra-Violet Disinfection System, and the Reverse Osmosis System in 2 kitchens. We have been living in our new home for about three months and are highly satisfied with the systems that were installed.

after 3 years of seeking recommendations and pricing for a whole house water filter system we choose Eddie and his crew at North Carolina Water Consultants. This is our 3rd home with a well but my first time with concerns about the quality of the water for drinking, washing clothes and just general all round use. Within 24 hrs of installation of the system, we could taste a difference in the water, even see the difference with the ice cubes, feel a difference with the shower water and with other uses of the house water. We are very happy that we chose Eddie and his for our whole house system and highly recommend them.

Eddie and his team are fantastic. We just moved into our home a couple months ago and had smelly, foul tasting water, that was also causing significant hard water and rust color stains. It was easy to set up a time for Eddie to come out and test our water and provide me his recommendations on what we needed. It was fascinating to watch the water testing (and scary to see the outcomes)…it was like a science project, but Eddie explained everything to me thoroughly and answered all my questions. We were provided various dates available for install (not much wait time). When his crew came out to install, they were all very polite, friendly and respectful. Eddie checked in during the day to make sure all was going well and to chat with me for a few minutes, and again answered any questions I had. Overall, we had a whole house water filtration system put in, in addition to reverse osmosis in our kitchen, and the UV disinfectant system installed. Our water now has no smell, tastes like “Smart Water” and stains have subsided. The total install took less than a half day, and everything was neat, clean and orderly. We are beyond happy with the results and would highly recommend everyone have their water tested and if needed have a water filtration system installed using North Carolina Water Consultants.

Eddie and his crew were very efficient and polite. Now we have clean water, sinks, spigots, tubs & shower heads. I wish we had known about his business thirty years ago. Everything went beyond my expectations & I'm hard to please.

Eddie and his team are excellent. We built our house and set up a well. It’s been two years and we had horrible hard water stains on shower-heads and shower doors, we also had orange/red stains in our toilets that would not come out and my sons shower drain had blue/green stains. Eddie came out and ran tests, thought initially we had iron in the water, no iron but found manganese instead. Also found that our water was very acidic. The team doing install was fantastic, very courteous and respectful. We found a slight leak two days after install, I called the office and they sent someone immediately to resolve the issue. Very impressed with the customer service, install and initial consultation. Very glad we found them!

We had sediment and water that wasn't suited for drinking. After much research, I felt NC Water Consultants was my best option. We have been very pleased with the products.

It’s been a pleasure meeting Eddy Bonge from North Carolina Water consultants. We live on Lake Norman, and because we have well water, we felt it was a health issue to test and clean our water. The office assistant was very helpful, friendly and efficient when setting up an appointment for Eddy to come to our home to do water testing (in our presence). We received confirmations and reminders from them to remind us of our upcoming appointment with Eddy. Eddy arrived at our house exactly as expected. My husband and I are very impressed with his water quality / chemistry knowledge, particularly in the Lake Norman area, and we were very pleased with his friendliness and professionalism. The water from our kitchen sink tested as very acidic and very hard, and he was very patient answering 100’s of our questions. He was able to answer our questions in layman’s terms, which my husband was fairly able to follow because of his background in science. He then asked to look at our bathroom faucets to check for corrosion, and he looked for mineral dust in the floor of our toilet tanks - which we indeed had. Eddy had brochures of the filter system equipment he trusts to install - we were very impressed with the quality equipment which he uses in his systems and he was able to explain how this equipment produces the best quality safe clean water. We were given 4-5 dates, all approximately 3 weeks wait time, that we could choose for our installation. Eddy’s personally trained crew consists of 3 men, all were very knowledgeable, very friendly and very respectful of our house. Although it was raining on our installation day, they made very little mess. Our water system includes 1 small tank to filter small granite dust particles from our well water, 1 water cleaning tank, 2 water softening tanks, (one is to hold their pure salt). These were installed on our basement floor near an outer wall, and an ultraviolet tube to clean the water of bacteria, was installed on the wall above the tanks - the men installed the equipment with attention to detail so the appearance of the entire system is very organized. The installers worked quickly and with confidence. They also answered our many questions. In addition, we chose to purchase a reverse osmosis system which is installed under our kitchen sink. This system removes heavy toxic chemicals. The tanks take approximately 1/3 to 1/2 of the space under our farm house sink. A small cold water faucet was installed on our counter top using our soap pump hole (to avoid having to drill another faucet hole in the quartz counter). We were shown a catalog which we could chose a small faucet from which would closely match our kitchen faucet. Eddys crew, of 3 very experienced men, took approximately 3 1/2 hours to complete our filtration system installation. The last step was to clear out the mineral dust/debris in our toilet tanks which was there prior to the installation of the filtration system. One of our toilets seemed to be taking too long to refill after the tank was cleaned so Eddy returned 2 days later to adjust that toilet - we were very impressed by this extra house call - Eddy is determined to satisfy his customers 100%. We would definitely recommend him and his crew for water testing and a water filtration system installation without hesitation. He gets 5+ stars from us.

I began my search for a water treatment system and had never used Angie's list before but after this experience I am beyond thankful for Eddie and his crew. We had consulted with many others about our concerns with our well water but had never received the detailed information till we met Eddie. Eddie came to our home and explained everything in detail about our water that no one had taken the time to explain. He answered all our questions and explained all the equipment and what its purpose would be to make our water safe. Installation was scheduled in a timing manner that worked with our schedules. The office staff were great in explaining the details of the cost and answered all our questions within a timing fashion. Eddie and his crew were great, they arrived on time, explained each system and how it worked and did great work and weathered the rain that day. Each system installed is professionally done, precise and neat and they were very knowledge about there products. We are beyond pleased with the great and professional work they did and highly recommend them to others. We are so happy to now have safe drinking water and so appreciative to NC Water Consultants in making this possible.

Christian was the representative from the company who came to install our reverse Osmosis System. From the minute he stepped in the door he was polite and tidy with his install. Christian answered all my questions and even vacuumed behind my refrigerator. We have used North Carolina Water Consultants previously for the maintenance of our water softener system and would highly recommend this company for anyone looking to add a system to their home.

While building our new home we had a new well installed, and soon then had our water tested. After receiving the Biological Analysis Report and Inorganic Chemical Contaminants Report back from NCDPH, the results showed a few areas of concern. Recommended by a friend, we reached out to Eddie at North Carolina Water Consultants and set up a consultation. Eddie was prompt, very knowledgeable about our water concerns and answered all our questions from step 1 to finishing the job. After careful review, we scheduled North Carolina Water Consultants to install the Hague WaterMax System, along with a reverse osmosis system for all our drinking and/or cooking water access points in our kitchen, and for peace of mind, we had an arsenic removal system installed home-wide due to higher than normal levels detected in our water. North Carolina Water Consultants sent their team of Christian, Chris and Kevin to install our Hague WaterMax System. They were very polite, delivered quality work and were very informative answering all our questions during their install. The installation team showed excellent workmanship and cleaned up after, not a mess to be found. After our install, North Carolina Water System retested our water on two separate occasions, both showing excellent PH levels, a “feel good” level of water hardiness and most importantly was arsenic free. The excellent results we were hoping for, resolving all our water concerns! Rarely have we done on-line reviews, but their good work warranted it. We could not be more satisfied with Eddie and his team at North Carolina Water Consultants and would highly recommend them along with the Hague WaterMax system! -Tom and Kim
