We are very pleased with NC Water Consultants. Starting with the initial water analysis, Eddie was very honest, informative and thorough in assessing our water needs. Our water was hard and acidic it was showing up in our health and appliances/hardware. This was a very educational process and with a "trust but verify" mindset, I diligently researched the company, products and science/technology behind them and decided to move forward. Our specific install was different from the norm and Eddie and team were very accommodating in helping us prepare for and performing the installation. The team executed the install flawlessly, on time and very professionally. The first taste our new water proved it all true! We now enjoy 9.5+ph pure and refreshing water. To use the words of my eldest son, "This is the best water this side of Heaven." Our health and home are happy! We could not be more pleased with the whole experience! Very uncommon in today's world. They were very educational, took the time to explain and walk you through the process, the equipment and the quality. They were almost surgical when they came to the install and left the home cleaner than it was before they arrived.

We have now had this system for a year now and love it. The company as a whole has been great. They reached out to us to schedule our maintenance which we love with our busy schedules. Install was seamless workmanship was great haven't had a single issue with leaks or malfunctions. We noticed the difference in water from day one and that has stayed constant this whole year! From when Eddie came out to give us a quote, to four days later when they installed the system, he ad his team were polite, professional and on time! The job was completed in less than a day and we were given a comprehensive explanation as to the operation and maintenance of the system. Top-notch pros all the way!

We had them install RO and water filtration system. Everything went well, they were on time, kept us informed on their progress and how everything worked, and they cleaned up when finished. We are very happy with their service, and would recommend them.

We contacted the NC Water Consultants as we were concerned about the quality of our water. Eddie from the NC Water Consultants came out to test our water and found issues that needed to be corrected including the hardness of the water and the nitrate level in our drinking water. We decided it was worth the investment to put in a whole house filtration and RO system. We did not realize how much better our water could be until the system was installed and running. It is an amazing difference and one of the best investments we made in our home. The NC Water Consultants' teams were very professional, polite, and helpful with information regarding the maintenance of the systems. Additionally, they found a way to install the pipes for the filtration system so that there was no damage to our ceiling and walls. They are the best!

Very professional, water tastes great and system looks awesome.

Our water heater had burst due to highly acidic water. Naturally, we called our HVAC folks to fix the heater and they also suggested a water softener to correct the acidity. We went with it however, not being water experts, the HVAC folks fixed one problem and unknowingly caused others. That’s when we called in North Carolina Water Consultants. Eddie and his team did an excellent job of not only telling me, but showing me what was going on with our water and walking me through the options to correct the problems we were having. We ended up going with a whole house water filtration system with reverse osmosis. The team who came out for the install were very professional and respectful of our home. That was 2 months ago and I’m very happy with the results. I have such peace of mind knowing my water is safe for my family to consume and will not cause long term damage to our pipes and appliances.

We have used NC Water Consultants multiple times now at different residences over the years. Each time Eddie and his team came out quickly, and had the system set up in no time. I personally love the RO water which tastes nice and smooth, and alleviates having to buy bottled water. The system for the entire home takes care of water spots that can accumulate from hard water, and also feels silky smooth on your skin. Highly recommend!

Expert installation, great water, great customer service!

Eddie and the NC Water team are absolutely the best in the business, and I don't just mean water purification - I mean any/all residential home suppliers and improvement. We built our dream home on Lake Norman, leveraging a community well, so we knew a system would be necessary. My neighbors had Eddie help them from the start and told me that he was awesome from the install through regular maintenance. They were not wrong - he was able to accommodate my schedule for an initial visit + kept in solid communication while preparing for the install + followed up with me after his team replaced our previous system. The guys who came out to install were very professional and wrapped up the work in about 4 hours total. My wife and I could not be happier with NC Water Consultants and have zero complaints or issues to call out!

We have had our water system installed since the end of October 2023 and are extremely happy overall. NC Water Consultants did a fantastic job. We were worried how clear our Well water was and had the county test it. All was within normal range but friends encouraged us to get further testing. NC Water Consultants testing was much better than the county testing and we were shocked at the pollutants we were drinking. We got a whole house system and are very happy with the product and service!
