Our water heater had burst due to highly acidic water. Naturally, we called our HVAC folks to fix the heater and they also suggested a water softener to correct the acidity. We went with it however, not being water experts, the HVAC folks fixed one problem and unknowingly caused others. That’s when we called in North Carolina Water Consultants. Eddie and his team did an excellent job of not only telling me, but showing me what was going on with our water and walking me through the options to correct the problems we were having. We ended up going with a whole house water filtration system with reverse osmosis. The team who came out for the install were very professional and respectful of our home. That was 2 months ago and I’m very happy with the results. I have such peace of mind knowing my water is safe for my family to consume and will not cause long term damage to our pipes and appliances.

We have used NC Water Consultants multiple times now at different residences over the years. Each time Eddie and his team came out quickly, and had the system set up in no time. I personally love the RO water which tastes nice and smooth, and alleviates having to buy bottled water. The system for the entire home takes care of water spots that can accumulate from hard water, and also feels silky smooth on your skin. Highly recommend!

Eddie and the NC Water team are absolutely the best in the business, and I don't just mean water purification - I mean any/all residential home suppliers and improvement. We built our dream home on Lake Norman, leveraging a community well, so we knew a system would be necessary. My neighbors had Eddie help them from the start and told me that he was awesome from the install through regular maintenance. They were not wrong - he was able to accommodate my schedule for an initial visit + kept in solid communication while preparing for the install + followed up with me after his team replaced our previous system. The guys who came out to install were very professional and wrapped up the work in about 4 hours total. Expert installation, great water, great customer service!

We have had our water system installed since the end of October 2023 and are extremely happy overall. We spoke with a few companies prior to selection and NC Water Consultants/Hague products blew the others away. Eddie was extremely knowledgeable and provided a lot of helpful information. All of the office and installation/service team members that we've interacted with from the start through our one month check have been friendly and easy to work with. Most importantly, there was a clear and immediate improvement to our water - evident in the taste and feel. We highly recommend NC Water Consultants to others looking for an effective system for their home.

Eddie and team did a great job! I scheduled for them to install a whole house filtration system. They arrived on time and completed the installation with no issues. NC Water Consultants did a fantastic job. We were worried how clear our Well water was and had the county test it. All was within normal range but friends encouraged us to get further testing. NC Water Consultants testing was much better than the county testing and we were shocked at the pollutants we were drinking. We got a whole house system and are very happy with the product and service!

We had our new water filter and treatment system installed by North Carolina Water Consultants several weeks ago and cannot be happier. This is our fourth water system installed over the thirty years that we have lived in this house. This is the first one that we are happy with, and that is doing the job! Eddie and his team are extremely knowledgeable and professional. When they came out to assess our water situation, they explained with confidence what our problems are, and what solutions would take care of them. We can see such a difference in the clarity and taste of our drinking water. The toilets and sinks are so much easier to clean and are sparkling after being cleaned, not orange! Our clothes are not dingy or tinged after being washed. Our skin and hair are softer and smoother just from bathing in this newly treated and filtered water. It is amazing! We could not be happier with the assessment, the process of installation, the follow-up and the outcome. Everything went without any issues. Eddie was very professional and his installers did a fantastic job. Eddie was very thorough in explaining the needs for our well and The Hague unit functions.

We had the team from North Carolina Water Consultants install a filtration and reverse osmosis system for us this week. Eddie's initial presentation and analysis of the chemistry of our water was excellent and the team that did the installation was professional, courteous and have a terrific overview of the mechanics of the system and safety features.

It's been one week since we had NCWC conduct an installation of a new water system in our house, and the results are nothing short of incredible. Our water tastes fantastic; we no longer have residue on our dishes (dishwater); our clothes are cleaner/brighter/softer; and the list goes on. The installation team was courteous and very informative. They took the time to answer every question and provide thorough explanations. Every recommendation they offered turned out to be spot on, particularly in hindsight. Can't recommend them enough.

We started having issues with our well water after 8 years. Eddie thought maybe all the new construction next door and nearby might have caused our well to get a nasty smell and mineral deposits. NC Water Consultants came out, installed a whole house filtration system, hooked up the ice maker line and a reverse Osmosis Faucet. NO MORE nasty smelling water, and we arent' afraid to drink from our well. We didn't want to take ANY chances with us or are kids and grandson drinking nasty, contaminated water. Highly recommend. Eddie and this company are truly an exceptional operation. The owner, himself, comes to your house, brings all of the testing equipment, fully tests your water in front of you proving your water issues whatever they may be, and spends ample time explaining what exactly the tests reveal and what equipment will remedy it. He goes through what equipment company he uses and why, with statistics and history. There is no pressure to buy whatsoever, partly because the water test results, the equipment to resolve the issues, and the health benefits speak for themselves. I didn’t have to deliberate much when deciding to proceed with the installation of the equipment. Also, the installation team was very impressive. They were efficient, explained everything well, and seemed very good at what they do. Water is so integral in our lives, and greatly affects our overall health, especially after seeing what harmful ingredients are present in it. We drink it, cook with it, and bathe in it every day. It touches every cell in our body, so I felt like this was an area of health I really wanted to take action on. I think this company makes that possible.

We purchased a home last year that has well water. It had an old water system, but we were curious about what issues the water had. We had the well water tested independently. The hard water also has very high levels of arsenic, manganese, and other concerning impurities. We contacted Eddie with North Carolina Water Consultants. NCWC installed the Hague WaterMax Ultimate Well Water Treatment System, the Ozone System, the Whole House Ultimate Ultra-Violet Disinfection System, and two RO faucets. The result is that we have gone from water we couldn’t drink (we were buying water from the grocery store) to water that is safe to drink, tastes great, and is easy on our appliances and plumbing. Eddie and his team could not have been more friendly and responsive. We highly recommend NCWC.
