North Carolina Water Consultants exceeded our expectations at every level. We met with the owner Eddie for our initial consultation, and were immediately impressed with his company and the product he was offering. We were not initially interested in a whole house system, but in the end we decided it was the right decision for our family. The water feels noticeably different and tastes better than bottled water. It was a big investment, and we did a lot of research into different companies and products. In the end, we felt NC Water Consultants offered the best product, and we knew they would support us after installation. Installation was very smooth, and the team was very courteous and left no mess behind. The lease to own option makes it affordable as well. Would highly recommend this company if you are considering a home water filter system.

They were great. They cleaned up after themselves, and were polite. They were prompt and answered all of out questions.

Eddie, is a very knowledgeable and good salesman, most importantly he answered all of our questions. We believe we have the best system available with the latest technology. The service schedule is good, so we don't have to worry about the system functioning properly.

Eddie, Christian and the crew were amazing from start to finish. I did a bunch of research into various water softeners, "DIY" solutions, and in the end I found NC water consultants and couldn't be more pleased with the results. I would recommend this for anyone having city or well water issues... thanks a ton! :)

It went great. We now have great tasting safe drinking water, with water softner, reverse osmosis system throughout our home. Excellent professional service.

A+++++ Eddie and his team are top notch professionals, clean, respectful and efficient. The water has been well worth the investment and can feel, see, and taste the difference in the water! We had several consultants come through with a variety of recommendations and Eddie clearly was the most experienced and inspired confidence. If we had not gone with his recommendations we would be boiling our water right now.

The installers are very professional , Courteous and The area where they installed the system was left clean you didn’t even know they were there ,I highly recommend this company😊

We ABSOLUTELY made the right choice! The knowledge, expertise & professionalism of the owner & employees were amazing. In a world full of rude, pushy customer service & unprofessionalism that we had experienced for years from our last company we would have bought this product based solely on their caring & knowledge for our water situation. We researched & interviewed many companies in our search for a change in our current system. They came highly recommended but The reviews here on Angie's List sold me! They treat you like family even sending you a picture card of your home & system along with gourmet brownies! I finally feel like someone truly cares & are proud of their jobs & product. I look forward to many years of dealing with this company. My only complaint is that in your rankings the horrible company that we dealt with for years is first on your site with only 2 reviews, replace them with North Carolina Water Consultants who has over 22 pages of glowing reviews. They are the best & deserve to be on the top of that list with our prior company on the bottom!

Would highly recommend NCWC for the whole house filtration system they installed in our home. Workers showed up on time and did all the work in a timely fashion. They also did a great job cleaning up at the end so you couldn't even tell they had been there. Love having quality water in our home and knowing that it's safe to drink. Also love that all the equipment is made in America!

Outstanding. NC Water Consultants team installed system exactly as they had proposed, were timely, professional, and very easy to work with. And, our water issue was fixed!

When the installation team came in they first set up their work station and placed protective floor coverings. All work was completed in less time than estimated. The water treatment appliances were installed in a newly painted room without any damage to the walls & floor. The reverse osmosis was installed in the kitchen with the same results. Each team member was well trained for his part of the job as well as teaching us how to operate the equipment. This installation was completed professionally and all team members were polite and friendly!

I recommend North Carolina Water Consultants. I interviewed 3 companies before deciding. Eddie came out and thoroughly tested our water and explained/showed exactly what we needed and why. The install crew was efficient, neat, and knowledgeable. Everything was explained and has worked well. Highly recommend them !

Today we had a RO water faucet installed in our kitchen along with a line directly to our refrigerator. NC Water Consultants did an outstanding job. They called the day before to confirm the appointment, the installer arrived on time, and finished the project timely and efficiently without any mess. He was very personable, professional, and knowledgeable about the product installed. We would definitely recommend them to anyone interested in filtration systems.

This is a very professional operation in every aspect. Initial home visit was informative without pushy sales tactics. Great communication form the office staff before, during and after the installation. The installation crew were on time, professional and cleaned up after themselves. I was given a hands on demo of the installed equipment and left with thorough documentation. Our family couldn’t be more pleased with making our water treatment investment with North Carolina Water Consultants. Being new to the state, new to a water well, and water system (Neutralizer, Softener, etc) we had to educate ourselves. We quickly learned our water system was out dated with visible hard water, significant sediment, and undrinkable water in our home, so finding the right company to ensure my families health was top priority. After calling North Carolina Water Consultants the friendly staff set up an appointment requesting both my husband and I be present. Didn’t understand at first, but the in home experience was far greater than any quote or sales call. It was an educational experience from the owner Eddie who takes pride in his company, team, expertise, service, and Hauge equipment. Once we deciding on an agreement the professional technicians came out for the install, which was another exceptional experience. The staff genuinely cares about the service and product they provide to its customers. We couldn’t be happier with how clean and efficient the set up and Hauge equipment looks, but most of all the quality of water we are cooking, bathing, and now drinking with our reverse osmosis. Our family has had a whole house water system for the last 11 years with NC Water Consultants. When it came time to move locally, we reached out to Eddie of NC Water Consultants. He came to evaluate the new location, review the water quality and discuss the moving of our units to our new home. Meeting with Eddie was a full water education for our new homes location. We can't say enough about Eddie and the team that came to move, update & re-install our water system. They reviewed the system and procedures of moving with us, they matched my faucets at the new location and calibrated my handles so that everything worked in the same direction, all very detailed oriented. We are very confident and happy with the system we moved & upgraded. The entire process was seamless and we hands down recommend North Carolina Water Consultants.
