We just installed a whole house water treatment system by North Carolina Water Consultants. Eddie Bonge tested our new well water and made recommendations to combat the hard water, bacteria and sediment. His installation team was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly and answered all our questions. Eddie, you and your team are the BEST! Eddie did an excellent job at testing the water and recommending a solution. The installing crew was great. Christian, Kevin, and Chris were very polite, polished, and installed without any issues. Christian spent a good amount of time explaining the system in detail to me. Overall they did an excellent job.

Amazing! We just finished construction at our house during the time of COVID. The construction process was a total mess! Crews wouldn't show up and materials were missing most of the time. In comparison, North Carolina Water Consultants were simply amazing to work with. They showed up when scheduled and got the work done quickly and efficiently. They were incredibly nice, worked very clean (even during the wet winter with all the mud we had this year), and went above and beyond the basic contract, we signed with them. Anybody looking for a filter system should give them a call. It doesn't get better than them when it comes to customer service and product quality.

The owner has been doing this for a very long time and you can see he knows his stuff. He can perform some chemical magic to show you how crappy your water is before you install the system to convince you. They are punctual, clean and respectful. Do the filters work? I assume they do, as water tastes better and feels cleaner, but I don't have objective evidence that it does. The flow is still strong, and pressure didn't drop at all. I'd recommend this company to anyone.

Installation was an all-day project but when they were finished they gave me a very thorough walk-thru of the new system and included showing me how all the plumbing of my house works which was very educational as we had just moved in and were confused with all the pipes in our crawl space. Very noticeable difference in the water quality after installation.

We had hard water and we wanted to see what our options were. After researching about water quality, we decided yo have North Carolina Water Consultants out to provide feedback. The consultation was free and we scheduled a home inspection for a couple days later. Eddie, our water specialist, was very informed about their product and he taught us a lot about water do's and don'ts. The inspection proved that we had really bad water, well beyond the hard water we suspected. If not addressed, our plumbing would worsen and for health and safety issues, we felt that since water was truly a vital aspect of our everyday life, we had to bring in a system that would give us peace of mind. The consultation went smoothly and we certainly did not feel pressured. Installation was on Friday, December 18, 2020. the team was efficient and knowledgeable about the product and equipment we purchased. They started with the line from the well that runs to the house and made sure the pressure was set correctly so that everything would run smoothly. All new drinking water lines were ran to the sink and the fridge. Everything was calibrated correctly. The team installed the new tanks and removed all packaging. It's been over a month since the WaterMax system was installed. We are highly impressed with the system. You can feel the change in water quality and taste the difference with the first sip. Laundry comes out cleaner and smells great. Dishes and glassware dries fast and spotless. Our skin and hair looks and feels healthy, shiny and clean. Overall, it's like visiting the spa daily in your own home. Truly the most beneficial purchase of out life. Despite what I thought was a pretty decent treatment system we installed years ago in our home, I started having issues with plumbing and appliances that could only be attributed to poor water quality. That's also the water our family is drinking by the way. Which made this project a priority, in a year when I would not have chosen to make the investment. But I'm very glad I did. Eddie Bonge of NC Water Consultants came out and spent two hours analyzing the water and the existing system. I had never had anything explained to me so thoroughly. In the end, I decided to go ahead and schedule the installation of a whole new system. Scheduling was hassle-free and the office staff very pleasant to deal with. The crew showed up when they said they would and was made up by the most polite, well-spoken, hard-working guys you ever want to meet! They worked for several hours to remove the old system and install the new one. They replaced piping and corroded fittings (as an added bonus), cleaned up after themselves and even offered to haul some junk that was laying around in the crawlspace to the junkyard! Best part, I never have to worry about the maintenance of this system: I will get service reminders and all I have to do is let them know when they can come refill, restock, re-check. I am in the service business and I am extremely picky about customer service. I can tell who takes pride in their work and who doesn't. It's not hard to see the difference. This company was very clearly created by a guy who takes pride in his work and only hires and trains people who take pride in their work. Need I say more?

The entire team at NC Water were very knowledgeable, professional, and responsive. The initial water assessment was eye opening and they certainly know their stuff. The install went without an issue and the crew was very cognizant of providing exactly what we want, explaining how the filter works, and keeping a clean working environment. We were a bit skeptical on just how big a difference this would make but now can appreciate the big difference in water quality. Definitely recommend.

These folks were excellent. They were polite, knowledgeable, trustworthy and professional. They took great care with our home. We were a little hesitant because the system is not inexpensive. But now that we have the system we LOVE it and can't believe the difference it's made in our water. Just wish we would've done this years ago. The whole process from first interaction to install was professional and filled with informative information. I never felt like I was sitting through a sales pitch or being sold something that I didn't need. It was important that I found someone I could trust. I also like the family owned business vibe the whole team at North Carolina Water Consultants gives off. The ladies in the office that set the appointment and provide the paperwork are extremely nice. I have two small children and two crazy pups and I never felt like the installers were even here. The system itself has been great. No more plastic water bottles, no more skin issues, and when I bathe my kids it doesn't smell like I'm bleaching a load of whites.

Ol my goodness, where do I begin?! Eddie came out to test our water, and didn't just come to take a water sample with him and get back to us. He tested our water on the spot, which was a very important process for me. We hooked a water filtration system up to our water after we bought our home in 2014, without knowing absolutely anything about bad water or water systems, we ordered from an online company , mailed in a water sample and they SENT OUT the setup, they did not come out and set it up, we did...and that is like hiring a plumber to do electrical work..it just ain't gonna happen, not the right way! Anyways..6 years later and ready to put my house up for sale because I am so disgusted with our water, I saw someone asking for references for someone who could help with their orange water issues, thats where Eddies name came in and from there I done my research then called Eddie. This was almost the best day of my life! He came out, felt like we knew him all of our life..super nice, very professional and 200% knew what he was doing and talking about. He didn't come out to sell us anything, he came to test our water and tell us how it could be fixed. With that being said, he SHOWED us how easy it would be to take the high amount levels of Iron, Iron Bacteria and Ph and normalize them all and get our water clear, drinkable, non smelling and just safe all together and that is what sold his system. His guys CAME OUT on 12/4 and installed our whole water system. These guys are off the hook!- totally knew their stuff, wasn't a question I asked that they couldn't answer. Very professional guys with awesome manners (some may not care about that, but that was a biggie for me). I so recommend North Carolina Water Consultants, they will forever be my to go to water company. Because of them I have great water today and I am very thankful for that!

One year ago, NC Water Consultants arrived by way of a personal referral from an environmental engineer in the health services industry. The system works without fail; no guesswork. It is in fact, exactly as promised and documented. So, after 12 months of experiencing my customized treatment solution, I am fulfilling my promise by writing this review. It takes about a week to schedule the appointment for the 'water test" which, lasts about an hour. Half of that time was analyzing and validating the quality of water coming from the tap using electro-chemical particle testing including a new bottle of Auqafina, Sam's Choice, and any bottled water that you have on hand. All samples had contaminants. My tap water was the leader. It's quite disturbing to see and understand the "breakdowns of the garbage" that's been going into your body. Google has plenty of data about the consequences of exposure over time. Once the water test analysis is validated (which includes the historical data from the geographic area and the water tests of others in the same area then, a customized water treatment solution that fits "our" specific issues is derived and cost determined. Installation (11-29-2019) was "clean and professional" and, 1 year later as promised the unit and filters required servicing (built-in event alarm beep reminder). North Carolina Water Consultants is a "home-run" and a pleasule to work with because they do what and clearly say waht they do... Ken Brandon

Owner Eddie has great people with a great work ethic and understanding of their system. The post installation explanation of the system was full of great information. It has been 6 weeks from install and we couldn't be happier or healthier.
