The installation went very smoothly. NC staff arrived on time and completed the installation in the time approximated (same day). The staff were very efficient and courteous. Due to space and piping limitations, we could not address the water servicing our showers and washing machine but were able to address water used for drinking, cooking and ice making. Most importantly, since the system was installed in late March we have been extremely pleased with the quality of our drinking (and cooking) water and issues indigestion/bloating issues that I was having with my stomach have disappeared.

Eddie was great when he came out to explain system and then Chris and his crew arrived as scheduled on time and completed the entire process in about 5 hours! We just moved in following a total renovation of our home and Chris’ crew were clean, put down protective plastic and pads to save our beautiful home. The final installation, see photos, is neat and tidy!

The system works well however, the service and the education that Eddie gave us was superb. I knew there were issues with our water, but not this much. It is making a big difference with the acidic levels in my body. The shower water is unbelievable now.

The team at North Carolina Water Consultants were all, to a person, amazing! From the initial call to discover and buy the system, through the follow through from the owner (Eddie) and the entire office staff (Jaimee) through the installers ( Chris, Joe and Kevin ) each was knowledgeable, professional and treated me as a valued customer but better yet, as a client. Each took their time to inform me about the system and the install team walked me through the system. And they were neat and clean at the install site, making it cleaner than they found it!!! They were patient, had good ideas when we discovered a space/location problem and were dedicated to making sure the system will perform as designed. If anyone is looking for a water filtration system for their home I highly recommend NC Water Consultants. My water had a terrible smell and also tested positive for Coliform bacteria. Eddie knew exactly what I would need to fix my water. His employees are professional, hard working and courteous. They installed a water softener system as well as a reverse osmosis system and UV light system. It is amazing the quality of my water now, and best of all, no smelly water.

Eddie and the whole team at NC Water Consultants are awesome!! I moved into a new home and within a short time realized how terrible the water quality was. The water department did come check it but said it was within all their acceptable parameters. Still my skin was so dry and itchy, the laundry smelled bad and the water tasted worse, even and after cooking with it and the dogs would not drink it at all. Eddie came out tested the water, explained what all the tests meant and made a custom recommendation based on my results. I know it was customized to my water situation because when they installed a system at my daughter's house it had different components (so they aren't just trying to sell you their top of line solution)! Eddie was very patient and answered all my questions. As I was about to start a major renovation they really worked with me, installing part of the system up front to get me some relief and then coming back months later once the kitchen was done to install the rest. There were no extra charge and no attitude either. Just 'great customer experience' attitudes!!! An added bonus.. the plumbing company who worked on my remodel knew as soon as they saw the equipment that Eddie had been here and they raved about him! They told me that NC Water Consultants is the only water treatment company they recommend!

Excellent! Recently used NC Water Consultants for installation of water softener, UV sterilization, and RO drinking water system into our Mooresville house. Eddie (owner) and his team were informative, offered a proven, high quality solution to our needs, and did an exceptional job of fitting everything into a very small space in our laundry closet. We had received multiple quotes from other companies, but noticed they were always quoting the same brand of water softener. Eddie and his team installed a water treatment system at our former home. We recently moved and this was the top priority for our new home. North Carolina Water Consultants came to our new home last month for installation of our Hague water filtration and softening system. My family and I could not wait for that day, especially after Ed Bonge came out to test our water. We knew it was hard by the way we felt after bathing and seeing hard water spots everywhere, but what blew us away was learning of all the other nasty things floating around in there! Eww, so gross! And, so bad for our health! The installation team (Christian & Chris) showed up a little early and worked quickly and efficiently. They respected our time and our home, they protected surfaces where they set up to work and completely cleaned up after themselves. Then they walked us through all they had done and answered all our questions. An added bonus is their maintenance service! They deliver bags of salt which we'll need to add to the softener system and while here they'll do some maintenance work to keep everything in good working order! We knew living anywhere near Lake Norman meant having serious water issues and we are SO glad that we had North Carolina Water Consultants come and install our Hague (made in the USA) water filtration and softening system. After a month of use we discovered another added benefit. We use far less hand soap, shampoo, dish soap, laundry soap, etc to clean! I dont even use fabric softener anymore! Love that! Eddie and team were prompt and extremely professional. Eddie tested my water and explained everything he was doing. He told me exactly what I needed to ensure that my water was safe to drink and what was needed for my water to keep my appliances working well. Upon installation, the team worked hard to make sure all parts were installed properly. They walked me through it all. The girls in the office are also extremely responsive and answered all my questions and I had a lot! Highly recommend!

North Carolina Water Consultants installed a Hague home water filtration system (made in the USA) and RO system for the kitchen faucet. After learning how dirty our water is, we knew we had to do something and Eddie and his team did a great job. The team was organized and did exactly what they said they would do. The team showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves and walked us through all they had done and answered all our questions. I highly recommend this company.

My water comes from a community well system and I knew it was extremely hard water. This resulted in calcium buildup on faucets, discoloration of tile, and less than desirable in the shower. I did my homework by first consulting with the NC Department of Environmental Quality and having an water analysis conducted by an independent, certified water laboratory. Then I considered three different systems and chose NC Water Consultants because I felt that they were the most knowledgeable, had many years experience, and was recommended by friends who had the system. I just wish now I had done it years ago! I can feel the difference in the shower and I know my water is the safest it can be for drinking and cooking.

Eddie, the owner, came by to test our water and give us a quote for the water system. On installation day, the crew arrived promptly and was very professional. They made sure to protect our flooring with mats and tarps and, when they left, no debris was left behind...the only sign that they had been there was our new, high-tech filtration system. Christian seemed to be the point man and thoroughly explained all the details of the machinery and answered all our questions. Now we no longer have debris in our electric tea kettle and my mother-in-law remarked how much better our water tastes! I highly recommend this company!

The equipment was installed with professional care. Top notch work. Christian connected the system to the kitchen sink, added the drinking water dispenser and hooked up the fridge for ice/water. He did a great job and explained everything clearly. They upgraded aging item in the pump house and improved pressure. We received great service and know they will be around to help use take care of the system. We are happy with this investment.

Install crews were very courteous, professional explaining what they were doing each step with very little disruption. If you are in need of water softening and/or treatment, highly recommend you call them.

The water filtration system is working very well. Removed all graphite sediment and has created the proper pH level. This is the second system that they have installed for me.
