Description of Work: Very professional installation of a water filtration system. They carefully explained after installation what to expect and when they would service the system. We are very pleased with |the system and feel we are in excellent hands for future service. We would highly recommend the team of technicians. The products they recommended were top of the line and fairly priced with what we had in the past. The timing was a bit off but with traffic and schedules it was resolved in a proper manner. The North Carolina Water Consultants team are dedicated to clean safe drinking water and that is a real plus.

Description of Work: The customer service I received was poor at best. I called to make an appoinment for service and at the time I was told that a return phone call would be made, she was busy tring to follow up on a delivery. It was never was returned, I called back to make the appointment. I scheduled the service for Friday, 12/21/12 and then I needed to reschedule to 12/28/12 due to a work conflict. I took a day off from work and on the day for the scheduled service, had to call the company again to find out their arrival time and was told that, unfortunatley we are not going to be able to come out today and would need to reschedule. Thank you for the notce.

+ -1 moreEddie and his son were very professional and punctual. We bought a house built in 1988 , not used much in the last 3 years. The family had taken the water softener off the system the prior March and there was sediment in all the faucets and tubs. Eddie analyzed our problem and set up a complicated system that works great.
Description of Work: Water quality was horrible. Arsenic, bacteria, sediment form the well , clogged drains due to years of lack of the proper treatment. Eddie is a Hague Water treatment dealer. very professional, very responsive.
