Robert Cook was assigned to check on my basement drainage system today. He was very through and knowledgeable. He went over everything he did to be sure the system has been installed properly. He gave us advice about humidity levels in the basement. I appreciate his diligence and the information he gave us. We are thankful for his help.

The sales person (Jonny) and installation (David & Justin) team were phenomenal. Detailed in the sales and post sales process and all friendly with great attitudes.

Foreman Stephon and team (Quenton and Charles) worked hard, efficiently and with professionalism. They did a great job on our crawlspace, hauled off junk they found, and saved some doors that had been stored by a previous owner. Enjoyed dealing with Tarheel.

I've only hired them to level and seal our driveway, and have yet to experience their work. However, if their work is as professional as the inspector, my excitement will definitely go through the roof.

Daniel Jones, Mike C, and Duawan Boyd did an excellent job with the installation. They were professional, courteous and all around hard workers. They came in did the job, cleaned up and made sure that everything was working properly. Daniel wanted to make sure that the questions that I had were answered as well as provide additional information on what I needed and also helped me with a little repair job that I was doing. All and all I recommend them highly. I would give them a 10 if the scale went that high.

The installation crew was excellent. Jalynn Brown,James Barnes, Jabrill McDougald and Kainoa Kilgore was a pleasure to work with. They were efficient and made sure that I understood what they were doing, and did a great job of clean up after they finished. The only problem was the specs from the original contract could not be completed and these have not been resolved.

JR, Jacob and Tyler were very knowledgeable, professional and took the time needed to make sure I understood what they were doing every step of the way. They did not rush and the end result was great.

The supervisor on the job and his workers were wonderful!!! He explained everything that was being done, worked like mad during horribly hot conditions in hazmat suits and head gear! They deserve COMBAT PAY! They were very polite, friendly and courteous!! I am already experiencing an improvement in my air quality!! There was a bad musty smell in the area directly over the crawl space but it has greatly improved!! Mary, the project coordinator was also fabulous! She Kept in constant contact with me throughout the project!!! I give them an A+++++++ and I would highly recommend them to anyone!! I am a happy camper!! Thank you guys!
