The specific project is floor stabilization with minor lift but that isn't an option so i picked encapsulation instead (which K do intend to gave Tar Heel do, down the line). Jay Yount was great salesperson and Ceritified Field Inspector. Foreman David P and crew mates Ernesto "Nestor" and James C were knowledgeable and efficient, arrived on time and got the job done in two days. Results of the floor stabilization were communicated to me clearly before, during and after the work was performed. All my expectations were at least met. Would definitely recommend Tar Heel to friends and family.

I recently had a maintenance visit for my system, during which a simple electrical problem was identified. The tech was not qualified to fully diagnose or fix the problem, but with some patience, we were able to get the problem resolved. In the end, they sent out an electrician to diagnose the problem and a supervisor to execute the repair. Because the process took longer than their standards, they compensated me by replacing some equipment that was no longer under warranty at no cost to me.

Mike Jones and his crew Nestor and Juan did an amazing job. They were prompt and cleaned up everything before leaving the property. I highly recommend Tarhill basements the job they did in my crawlspace was incredible in my 1892 home.

They were very efficient and completed the project on time. For the first time in 42 years in this house, we don't have to worry about water or moisture in our basement or crawlspace. They were punctual, efficient, professional, and very thorough not only during the installation, but also in explaining how the system will work. And they cleaned up the area when completed. Amazed at all they did in one day. Put in stabilizing support under the house with cross beams where there were sagging. They cleaned out the debris underneath and put down the barrier, cleaned up all the trash and took it with them. This was a 102 year old house. They did all this the same day Totally professional, courteous, keeping us informed on every step of the process. Thank you, Tyree M and Nyles R., We appreciate your hard work and dedication to the job, especially in 90+ degree weather. Definitely recommend these men and Tarr Heel.

Ken, Jerry and James P. were great. They worked fast and even helped me drill some masonry holes as a courtesy, as my drill wasnâ t up to the task.
