Eric and Daniel did a great job lifting the sagging floors under our home in Apex. Tar Heel is polite and always right on time. Looking forward to having our crawl space encapsulated also by Tar Heel Basements.

Tar Heel did a crawl space encapsulation in 2018 and we have been totally satisfied with the work done then and their annual maintenance. Service tech Bobby Wright just completed our last one and he was on time, very thorough, and mannerly. Bobby reviewed the checklist and made sure we did not have any questions or concerns. He sets the standards for all service techs.

The crew was knowledgeable, friendly and informative.

Ken and Shannon did a great job encapsulation crawl space and installing sump pump. They were on time and let you know of their coming and leaving job site.

It all started with our Inspector, Dallas Taylor. He explained everything perfectly and was beyond professional. The morning of the install arrived and Nick Perfetti, the foreman, called ahead of time to let me know how far they were out. When they arrived Nick introduced me to the other men working on our crawl space; Shane English and James White. All three were professional and courteous and everything went smoothly. They got the job done in the time they allotted and made sure I was 100% satisfied before leaving. Thank you to all involved!

Ryan (Forman) and his team Jacques plus Frankie were professional knowledgeable and anything I asked were very eager to appease my requests. I am very picky but they were pros and would recommend them to my friends and family. Great Job!

Excellent organization

Jesse and Durwood did a great job explaining everything on a daily basis. They also organized everything to minimize disruption of our sleep or activities

We had encapsulation and some board insulation put in. The process was very professional from start to finish, including the initial consultation/inspection from Tommy and the installation from Jaqwon and Leo. I was very pleased with the level of communication and customer service, especially from Jaqwon and Leo on the installation team. Job just completed, so can't yet comment on the long term effects, but the job was done quickly and efficiently, with very minimal impact on me while working from home, and the site was cleaned up thoroughly upon completion. Was very pleased with how the process went overall.

Nick, Doquan and Billy did a great and professional job. Nick Perfetti especially went over and beyond.

This review is specifically for William R., Calvin P., and Terrence A. They installed a new drain in our crawl space and installed a new vapor barrier. They were on time and very professional.

Tommy, Tyler, and Jeremy did a great job lifting our garage floor. They communicated how the process was going to work and what would be the expected results. The garage was probably cleaner when they were done than when they started. The results of the lift is better than I had hoped. This is the second job that Tarheel Basements has done for us and both jobs have been great.

Foreman-Jalynn, Co-foreman-Jabril, and Jacques was officers and gentlemen. They were extremely thorough from start to finish. They put an Aquastop Crawl vapor Barrier and Seal Crawlspace vents. They took photos of their work , to show me. They point out I had couple of water leaks that I did not know even existed. Thank you. Tar Heel Basement System.
