Very professional and timely

We bought an older home and discovered that a rim joist and multiple first floor beams had deteriorated, causing uneven flooring and structural changes to our first floor and basement. We contacted Tar Heel Basement Systems for help. Their project manager, John Dakonis met with us for a free consultation and signed us up to have the necessary work completed. Gary Hacker and Mathias Limas came to install an Intellijack Support System to lift and secure the flooring. They also repaired and replaced the rotten subflooring. These gentlemen were polite and concientious in their work, cleaning up each day so that we could access areas as needed. Their professionalism and patience in explaining each step of the process was truly appreciated! We will definitely recommend this company to our friends and neighbors, as we couldnt be more pleased with the results!

Ken, Gerry & Malik finalized the waterproofing issue in my basement. These guys were fabulous! Not only did they clean up the basement area very well but walked me through the scope of the project as well. I found them to be very knowledgeable and customer focused. When my daughter sent me the information to call Tarheel because of some cracks she was seeing in the kitchen I had no idea the experience from start to finish would have been so pleasant. When Miguel the field inspector came out he was so thorough, and his assessment was very precise, not to mention he was a pleasant person to work with and professional. The repair work was done on Monday and Tuesday of this week by Jeremy and Zac, two very nice young men. We talked about the process and what would be done, and they made sure to show and tell. They are very knowledgeable, courteous, and neat. They did an excellent job and would recommend anytime. Thank you guys and Miguel too for a good experience.
